This gorgeous renovation of a Caribbean mission house is all about the super central location, near the action but far enough away to sleep peacefully. If you love art, music, and color, our home is for you. Come be a kid again, or bring your own to our 1800 sq ft ground floor private oasis of playful peacefulness. Enjoy the Caribbean exterior while staying in warm and inviting modern interior design. Our personal touches reflect our passion for creativity and decades of wanderlust. The central location is a 5 minute walk from Half Moon Bay beach, many restaurants/bars and scuba diving, yet the location is quiet, peaceful and private.

This is the entire private ground floor of the building, with no shared areas with the long term tenants upstairs. We gutted this house and renovated it for our living space to include an enormous primary bedroom, walk in closet, and hand tiled bathroom including a shower with a bench. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room all blend together in one large room. The guest bed, the day bed, is part of that large space and has a half bath / laundry room next to the bed. There is an outdoor shower to go along with the half bath, and another outdoor half bath on the back porch. The back porch access is directly from the primary suite or from the living room / dining room.
The kitchen has all smart LG appliances including dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, garbage disposal, 6 burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. 50 inch tv in living room and 43 inch in bedroom have Netflix, cable, etc.

Other things to note:
We accept only 5 star rated guests, and anyone else will not be allowed.
We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes glassware, dining ware, a Coleman cooler, and a picnic basket to take to the beach for sunset.
The storage closet to your right as you enter the front door is for us, and is locked. The closet drawers with the hanging bars are for you to use; owners’ clothing is the farthest away from door next to the wall. Supplies like Cozy Earth sheets, towels, and beach towels are available for your use.

We have free onsite parking for our guests.
