Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa recientemente renovada, completamente amueblada, de 4 dormitorios / 4 baños situada en la playa. Cada una de las dos habitaciones de la planta principal contiene camas tamaño queen y las dos habitaciones de la planta baja cuentan con una cama queen size y una cama individual que hacen cómodos arreglos para dormir para hasta 10 personas. Cada habitación tiene un baño adjunto, ideal para múltiples parejas que viajan juntas y desean privacidad. La espaciosa sala de estar de concepto abierto es ideal para grupos grandes y contiene dos sofás, mesa de comedor y está abierta a la cocina. La cocina está recién remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El nivel principal proyectado en el porche ofrece fantásticas vistas de la playa y las piscinas privadas. Este porche proyectado contiene una barra húmeda, parrilla y asientos para 8 personas. Encontrarás una sala de juegos en el nivel inferior completa con una mesa de air hockey y una mesa de futbolín. Situado en la playa, los huéspedes encontrarán esnórquel y kayak increíbles a solo unos pasos de la casa. Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para los amantes del snorkel y el buceo. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! We felt so welcomed as we walked into the spotless, awesome house. Great amenities throughout. The game room, living space, bedrooms, pool, outside showers, dock, kayaks, too many to include! Our hosts provided a wealth of information from places to eat, shop, and so much local flare! We will definitely return!

Great location between west bay and west end. Turtle bay beach was nice and cleaned up daily - the beach to the right of the house not so much- lots of sand flies!!!! Bring the bug spray. Pool was nice to rinse off in - small but adequate- screened in porch was lovely!! Great snorkeling straight off the beach and kayaks a huge plus! A few more towels would have been nice but there is a w/d. Kitchen fully equipped. Overall great place for a family vacation

Orchid Beach was the perfect place for our group of divers/snorkelers/hammock dwellers. It was a great blend of privacy and easy access to the touristy areas. We had Dixie Lee come in every night to fix dinner which gave us great food, relieved any stress regarding cooking ourselves or finding a restaurant and also gave us leftovers for lunch. Everyone associated with the property was helpful and any needs that came up during the stay were addressed. If we come back to the island, we would definitely book it again.

Fantastic Roatan experience

The home was fantastic it was exactly as described. We loved how we didn’t need to rent a car and can get boat taxi anytime from the doc behind the home.We did lots of amazing activities while there we dove with west end divers we did the Gumbalimba park and since it was not peak season they spent so much time letting us do everything with the animals and zip lineThis park is walking distance We had some absolutely amazing dinners in a treat top restaurant and Luna moonsWe also had time to spend day at little French key.Our only problem we encountered was the hot water heater went out and had all cold showers last couple days as it could not be fixed before we left.We also used the personal chef Dixlee she was fantastic Recommendation use water shoes that are at the house at the beach area

We had a wonderful time at Lazy A. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. We LOVED the location -walking distance on the beach to west end and west bay. Great snorkel right in front of the house. Loved having the pool to jump in after dives. highly recommend Clearwater Divers just 2 minuted down the beach. May and Larry (guest hosts) very responsive-even jumped our rental car battery for us. Owner also very responsive to inquiries. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location- close enough but also far enough

This property is located on a quiet beach (Orchid/Turtle beach). Yet it is walking distance to both West End & West Bay if inclined. A dock is directly in front of the property & Big John was our “go to” water taxi & our shuttle driver was Rigo- both recommended by our host! The kitchen had everything you’ll need to cook at home or you can take a water taxi or walk to a plethora of restaurants! The sunsets are amazing & we loved the pool & beach! Host was super easy to communicate with and Mary greeted us and was a great resource while during our stay! We highly recommend this home!

Fabulous Experience

This property is perfectly set between West Bay and West End. The hosts are incredible and the house is spacious for 6 adults with all you could ask for on the beach. We will be back!!!

Great House!

Lazy A is a great house! Very comfortable with amazing decks to gather as a family. The communication from both Sarah and Mary was great. It’s walkable to West Bay but a water taxi to West End is needed if you have kids or older adults in your family. Rigo the taxi and tour host is also fantastic!

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic week. Sarah was very responsive to all our questions and set-up transportation from the airport (including a stop at the supermarket). Mary was wonderful at check in and helped arrange water taxis with Big John and on island activities. The water taxi is convenient with Big John. He took us for a half-day snorkeling which was great. We did the dolphin encounter and drop sea fishing. Easy walk to West Bay and restoring the way. It’s a great, quiet and safe location.

Beautiful—no need to look further

This is a beautiful beachfront home with excellent hosts, a gardener who brings you fruit if you ask, and snorkeling in your front yard. All amenities that you would need, with great design and ability to grill on a screened in porch. We were glad we chose to NOT rent a car given available water and land taxis and ‘interesting’ Roatan driving rules/limited signage. If you want a more secluded place without the crowds/touristy feel of west bay, this could be exactly what you’re looking for. Easy water taxi to west end where we enjoyed many inexpensive local restaurants. Consider going to Sandy Buns early in your trip to buy a loaf of homemade bread for your stay, and cinnamon buns for the next morning. Tijuana Tacos=awesome. Local tours, Clearwater adventures, tons of stuff to do. Enjoy!!

Hidden Gem!

Not only is Roatan the best kept secret, this house was amazing! This was our second year in a row to come to the island and stay in the Orchid neighborhood. The house sits right on the beach and the views were breathtaking at dawn and sunset! The house was clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen has all of the tools you need. Walking distance to several restaurants or a quick water taxi to West Bay and West End. ClearWater Diving was a couple doors down on the beach. We love diving with them. Their guide-to-diver ratios are so small that it is practically a private dive. Sarah and Mary were responsive to anything we needed and will set up airport transportation stress-free. Ask Sarah for Dixie's number. She is a private (and affordable) chef that will come cook island cuisine at the house. Her food was amazing and we have used her twice now. Her key lime pie is a MUST! Tip her good :) We are already planning our next visit to the Lazy-A Beach house!! Thanks Sarah!!

Hard to beat!

Well, with so many high ratings already, it’s hard to top some of the other reviews about this property. We enjoyed every moment of our trip and this property didn’t disappoint. We are avid snorkelers. We’ve been to most of the Caribbean islands focused on some of the best snorkeling sites we could find. Roatan was one of our last remaining stops that we had high expectations for the water experience. During our stay, we enjoyed the snorkeling directly out from the house, we also took advantage of being next door to Clearwater Diving, and did several tag-alongs and excursions. The coral was in fantastic shape and we had some amazing adventures. Don’t miss out on the night snorkels, the bioluminescence was wild! We also had the opportunity to meet Sarah and it was a pleasure. She was very helpful and accommodating (as well as Mary the house manager!). They hooked us up with Big John for our taxi rides, and we even spent a day with him and his boys on an excursion. He is the best! The house is all you’d hope for. It was comfortable, relaxing and perfectly located. No need to continue to search, if it’s available, book it! You won’t be disappointed and the views are amazing. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Be sure to book Dixie for a homemade meal at the house. We asked for Baleadas (not on her normal menu) and they were great, only regret was we didn’t have her cook her other dishes while we were there (gives us another reason to go back!)

Couples trip

Amazing place. Sarah, Mary and Dixie (Friend and Chef) were outstanding. We have never been treated so well by a host group ever. The place had everything we would have wanted. Diving with Clearwater was exceptional. Again best service ever. Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing vacation spot

This property is in the perfect location on the island and we enjoyed our stay immensely. A walk down the beach allows for 3 or 4 different places to eat and water taxis are readily available to take you to West End and West Bay. The people of Roatan are friendly and the fun is endless. We all felt safe and highly recommended visiting this beautiful island, especially staying at Lazy A Beach House!

Amazing!

The house was very accommodating for all 8 of us! We had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for our first visit to Roatan. Sarah was extremely helpful in getting us transportation to and from the airport and filling us in on places to visit. She hooked us up with Big John the water taxi driver and we were set for everyplace we wanted to go! Mary, her property manager helped us find Rosa to cook for us in the house so we had a delicious local meal. We had a terrific time. we hope to be back.

We chose to purchase this property due to its ideal location within walking distance from prime beach and tourist areas yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The beach front setting is ideal for evening sunsets and relaxing with family and friends. The house sits right on the beach with excellent snorkeling just steps away.
