There is a main level living space and a lower level living space. Both areas have large comfortable sofas and chairs where you can relax and watch something on the 50inch Smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc..There is also a desk/workspace on the main level, if you need to get some work done.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and or tea in the fully stocked functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen offers a four person seating table. There's also an eight person seating table on the lower level to enjoy games or a family dinner.

There are 2 full bathrooms in the home. The main level bathroom is a shower only and the lower level bathroom is a shower/tub combo.

The master bedroom is on the main level. There is a queen size memory foam hybrid mattress, phone chargers, one closet with hangers.

The second bedroom is located on the main level. There is a double size memory foam hybrid mattress, phone charger, one closet with hangers.

The third bedroom is located on the lower level. There is a double size memory foam hybrid mattress, phone chargers, one closet with hangers.

A queen size cabinet murphy bed is located on the lower level. With extra pillows and bed linen located in the closet.

Sunporch with seating/tables for 4, accessed via the kitchen door. There is a heat/air window unit that can be used depending on the season.

Covered patio with additional seating/tables for 4. The covered patio furniture is seasonal. Only available March-November to keep furniture in good condition.

Backyard is fully fenced to allow the little ones to play. There is a one car parking pad which is accessed via the alley.

Guest will have excess to the entire home. There is locked storage down in the basement.

Neighborhood description
Northampton is a neighborhood in St. Louis. It offers an urban suburban mix feel, lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Home to Tilles Park with sports fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, walking paths all within steps of the home!

Getting around
Getting around the city is fairly easy. Ride Shares are readily available all over the city. We also have public transportation, bus and the Metro Link( train that takes you all over the city and gets you pretty close to some of St. Louis biggest attractions).
