Cozy Townhome , AMAZING West Ketchum Location, Walk to Town and Lifts

Welcome to our Very cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Townhome with an AMAZING location in West Ketchum. We are only an eight minute scenic walk from River Run Lodge, 2 blocks from the bike path, and just over a half mile away from all that Downtown Ketchum has to offer.

The kitchen has an electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher. The drawers and cupboards contain all the gadgets you might need for cooking and baking. You are welcome to use the sugar, flour, spices, and condiments in the cupboard and fridge.

The Master and Guest bedrooms are on the main level, have comfy queen size beds, each with a dresser and closet. The master bathroom and guest bathroom both have heated floors, marble countertops and glass shower.

The Living area is newly carpeted and well furnished, with incredible views of Bald Mountain. There is a lovely small deck that extends off of the living area. There is a Smart TV in this area. (non functioning) Fireplace as well.

Laundry room with washer and dryer is located in lower level.

Fabulous Ketchum Home

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin’s place. Look no further, this is an amazing, clean, well maintained jewel. It is so quiet, beds very comfortable and each room was beautifully furnished. The kitchen had a huge assortment of spices and condiments and was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything one would possibly need. The neighborhood was so quiet and neighbors were friendly. The West Ketchum area is the place to stay. On the deck, you are surrounded by beautiful trees and the mountains. You can walk to town and many restaurants. There is a gorgeous hike and bike trail within a few blocks.Heated floors in bedroom and hallway, nice table,chairs and umbrella on deck.The hosts were lovely and very responsive. We were greeted with some local snacks in a basket.We can’t wait to return.

Cozy and convenient

We came to Sun Valley for a quick ski weekend. The host was so communicative and welcoming. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. So close to the resort and town. Thanks for a great stay!

Best Stocked Property

We have never stayed at a property that was this well stocked with utensils, dishes, linens, covers, fans, spices etc, etc. For once the check in was extremely easy since the place was unlocked and the key hanging inside! It is a very quite neighborhood with easy access to the property, close proximity to town and the River Run Lift/Lodge area. The property manager (Kirsten) was able to give us helpful tips for our stay. The only thing we missed was a fireplace, which we were instructed not to use due to safety concerns. Hopefully a solution can be found to resolve this. Anyway, it was a very memorable stay!!

Father-daughter ski trip

Great cozy spot as advertised - close to ski resort and local attractions in Ketchum. Condo is comfortable and very relaxing after a day of skiing. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Experience was easygoing and stress-free.

Cozy condo

Perfect stay for two couple or a couple and two children. My husband and I appreciated the easy parking, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and well working heat. Close enough to walk to town and the wood river trail. Though it was pretty icy during our stay so we mostly drove. The neighborhood is so quiet and everyone we met was so very friendly

We wanted to be in Ketchum near Bald Mountain and River Run lift and gondola and we ended up in a great quiet neighborhood walking to lifts, food, restaurants and the best part of Sun Valley. House was great. Kitchen, pantry, game and book shelves, warm bath floors, super cool.

Comfort and quality

Nice place. Very comfortable for two couples. Kitchen is well equipped. Quality linens! Walking distance to town. We especially liked the living room with plenty of space for us all to relax. Comfy accommodation for a 5 day trip to Sun Valley.

Very nice place, good comfortable beds, heated floors, well stocked kitchen, roomy entrance hall to keep ski equipment. Bright and airy common area. Close to alpine ski lift (3min drive) and nice x-country ski pass (just around the corner). Perfect for two couples. We had a great time:)

Awesome Gem at the foot of Bald Mountain

Impressive accommodations. We parked in a reserved spot 20 feet from the front door. Within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts and lodge. We look forward to another visit very soon.
