When it comes to salty air and endless sugar-white sand, this second-floor, snowbird-friendly condo in Miramar Beach is an excellent place for a family beach vacation or a couple's getaway! When you are ready to venture out, the condo is under a quarter mile away from the public beach access, shopping, and restaurants that make this area so special. Not to mention, you will have access to the shared pool on-site to take a quick dip and escape the summer heat.

Inside, this fantastic condo has easy access for everyone in the group to kick back and enjoy some downtime. Before cooking up dinner in the full kitchen (and eating together at the breakfast bar), stick the swimsuits in the private washer/dryer so they are ready to go for the beach. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with comfortable and inviting sofas and a TV. For those who need to work remotely, a dedicated workstation with a desk, chair, and USB port access is provided. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and central AC.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex. There is no elevator access to the front door.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
