The Winehouse is ridiculously chic, perfectly located, expertly stocked and utterly IG-worthy. A 7-block, 2-minute drive to downtown, it's perfect for 2-3 couples or a gaggle of girlfriends (*nine max, with some bed-sharing). Multiple living spaces and a huge, private fenced yard offer your group lots of options to spread out, relax and enjoy the property. Note: Our décor can be edgy/profane and we don't child-proof anything. (Translation: We love kids but suggest leaving them home this time.)

What a perfect house in a perfect location! This house had it all. Great rooms, well maintained appliances, modern vibe and multiple areas inside and out to gather with friends and family. The walk to Main Street was roughly 15 mins. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It’s so cute and beautifully decorated — even better in person. The home looks small from the outside but is surprisingly spacious inside, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.Everything was spotless when we arrived, and there were extra linens and towels available, which was such a nice touch. The kitchen was stocked with tons of appliances, making it easy to cook meals at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well!The location was amazing — close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was super responsive and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming home away from home!

This house is EXACTLY the great stay as promised! Incredibly cute, spacious, and a great location, not to mention that Jenna was an excellent hostess. The check-in process and rules were extremely easy to follow, and she quickly responded to any questions that I had. I recommend this house to everyone (and look forward to returning soon).

Girl’s wine weekend

Our weekend at ‘the wine house’ was fabulous! The house and location were amazing. Loved all the different conversation areas. The backyard and fire pit area were also fabulous for hanging out. Wish the grill had been working. The home owners were great to work with and extremely responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

Friends Christmas shopping weekend

We enjoyed this house so much! Had everything we needed and close to all the shopping and fun on Main. Owners were easy and enjoyable to work with. Everything was perfect. The only thing better would have been UT beating Georgia but at least it was a great house to watch the game! Five stars all around!

Great house for girls trip!

Loved everything about this house! Extremely clean, great location and close to Main St. We had 6 in the house but it would totally sleep a few more! Owners were extremely nice and very communicative! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg!

Girls Weekend

Location, layout and decor of this house was perfect for our girls weekend!! So so so cute!! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and we loved that it had a wine fridge! Love the fire pit outside- It would be great on cooler days or nights. We had 100 degree days during our stay, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit. Maybe next time! Communication with the owner was very easy and never waited long for a response. Even after our stay, communication was excellent. An item was left at the property on accident and it was quickly recovered & mailed. Great weekend!

Weekend at the Winehouse

We had a great time at the Winehouse! The spot was perfect for a girls getaway weekend with plenty of space and great accommodations. Such a cute spot too, very cozy. Outdoor space was nice for an outdoor brunch before it warmed up!
