*The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion.
* Hot tub is available year round!

- Fire pit has been removed from the listing and the house since it's not in city compliance.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the home, outdoor area, covered patio plus private hot tub and cowboy pool. Parking: 2 vehicles can fit in the driveway and 2 vehicles can fit in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from Main Street.

Getting Around:
You are a 2 minute drive or 14 min walk to Main Street and private transportation is available through Heavenly Hosts.

Other Things to Note:
- The Property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.

- This property is NOT pet-friendly.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are permitted at the house.

- The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65 degrees, as it remains winterized during colder weather. It is only available for use when temperatures exceed 65 degrees and at the guest's discretion.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
