We stayed at this lovely VRBO during our daughter’s wedding week, and it was the perfect home base for such a special time. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown, it offered the best of both worlds. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, highly recommend!

VERY CLEAN & VERY NICE PROPERTY OWNER!

We stayed here to be close to UT Medical Hospital where our Mom was hospitalized and the property is very very clean, modern decor, perfect location, and the property owner was so kind hearted and let us check in early and was very accommodating! We really enjoyed staying here as the property was roomy for our family as well!

Easy access to downtown. House was clean and exactly as described. We liked that the driveway was longer and we could park both cars off the street. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great family destination Thanksgiving with everything needed in this home. Easy location, good communication with host, clean and plenty of room. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house

Nicely decorated, had everything we needed, close to downtown. It was in a bit of a busy street which was loud at times but other than that it was great!

Location was perfect!

This house was perfect! We were in Knoxville for the NCAA swim meet! The house was close to campus and downtown Knoxville! Would definitely recommend!

Some friends and I were in Knoxville for a conference. We loved having a house just outside downtown. The house was very clean and well-appointed.

Wonderful Stay

The house was very well stocked with all the necessities, it was clean and beautifully decorated not overly done at all. Whenever I contacted the homeowner they were prompt to get back to me which is I really appreciated. I would most definitely stay here again.

Fully updated, lovely home

We enjoyed our stay here, we had a party of 6 and had plenty of room. The location is good, being only 2 miles from Neyland we could have walked, but surprisingly were able to get Ubers pretty easily. My only complaint is that the beds were a little too firm. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home just outside Knoxville

We absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed and was super close to downtown Knoxville. The hosts went above and beyond to answer questions we had and gave us a later check out upon request. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Knoxville Location!

Great place to stay to enjoy all that Knoxville has to offer! Super clean, freshly updated four bedroom bungalow was the perfect back drop for a girls weekend. We walked to the quarry and the river every morning! Enjoyed downtown restaurants and the Farmers Market on Saturday. Trihn was an amazing host, she was incredibly thoughtful, responsive and genuinely cared about our time in her beautiful home!

House was perfect for the week. Space to have a few of my son’s friends over to visit. Only complaint is we could not figure out how to turn the front porch light on (the switch was covered).

Great Stay

The Google searched of the property will scare you, but the home was very clean and exactly how it is posted in Vrbo. We were attending an event at the Convention Center which was a short 4 min drive. You can see the Stadium, and the university is within a 10 min drive. The neighborhood is under construction, but you do not hear any commotion. It is also close to an up and coming Food Hall that was a great find. Best of all, the host was very communicative when we sent a message.

Fabulous Property and Super Host

From the moment we booked our stay Trinh was in communication with us. She was incredibly responsive when we had questions and accommodating to our requests. You could not ask for a better host from a communication standpoint. The property was outstanding - clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable master bed (king size), and comfortable living room. Full size washer and dryer made laundry a breeze. The layout and decor of the property was welcoming and wonderful. She put thought into her decorating and making it feel homey to guests. Would highly recommend both Trinh and her property if you are staying in Knoxville.
