This home is located beside three additional properties that we own. It is self check in, but we are available to help if you run into any issues.

Nice place to stay

This was a nice 4 bedroom place with en-suite bathrooms. Check in process was super easy.The location was a bit far out and not much around, but since it was just for a weekend, we made it work.I would recommend Jane’s Place!

We were in town for a CrossFit competition and we left saying we would gladly stay here and neighboring properties again. Many bathrooms was a must - all clean and stocked! The open kitchen was wonderful. The only deduction of stars was due to the listing noting 3 additional Murphy beds - there was one folded bed in a closet but no additional beds. It ended up being fine but everything else was great overall.

Excellent home

We love staying at the properties on ball camp pike. We live in SC and travel to Knoxville often to see our six grandchildren. We love renting here because it’s spacious enough for them to stay with us and centrally located to our daughter and sons families. The owners are amazing to work with and our time there never disappoints.

Great stay!

The overall stay was great beginning to end.I like the check-in process where they use the last four digits of a cell check-in process number. The experience was good. I had a question in the beginning and I was called, and very well accommodated. We were here for a wedding reception and everybody had plenty of room to get ready.We would stay at this property again if it was available and we needed that much spaceThank you!

Visiting family in Knoxville, terrific location. Great proximity to family and anything we could possibly need for our stay. House was really nice. We will stay here again next time we visit our relatives!

Nice space!

Condo is clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. Love that each bedroom has its own bath. Perfect for our family to gather in while we were in town for a family funeral. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Great for families

This was the perfect place for us to be together while visiting a family member in the UT Medical Center. Reserving was easy, even on short notice. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable and everything we needed.

Family Reunion

We needed a place in Knoxville close to family that would be easy for our 85 year old aunt with Parkinson’s to navigate. This home was perfect for the 6 of us in so many ways.
