Tenemos un magnífico RARE 2 BEDRM 2 BATH, todo en un nivel, END UNIT en el Edificio 6 en el 3er piso con vista a la piscina con su exuberante paisaje en el círculo interior preferido (CERCA DE LA PISCINA y lejos de la carretera). La hermosa piscina es muy espaciosa, con mucho espacio en la terraza, tanto para sol como para sombra. Hay una piscina separada para niños. Kamaole Sands se encuentra en 15 acres de jardines frondosos frente a una de las mejores playas de Maui, Kamaole III Beach Park. El gran maestro tiene un techo abovedado con una cama King size, pisos de madera de Koa simulados recientemente instalados, con un lanai privado; mosaico en todo el resto del condominio para ese aspecto limpio. Disfrute de su café Kona de la mañana en cualquiera lanai con vistas al océano peek-a-boo; muebles tropicales de primera línea. Cocina gourmet personalizada, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y gabinetes de arce, abiertos a la sala y al comedor. Tres televisores con pantalla plana SMART TV en la sala de estar con reproductor de DVD y VHS, DVR, soporte de pared en Master y TV con video y reproductor de DVD en el segundo dormitorio. Extensa colección de videos MOVIE. Amplia selección de juguetes y películas para los keikis (niños). PACK N PLAY y cochecito paraguas provistos. Internet gratis (WIFI), estéreo, reproductor de CD. Sillas de playa, refrigeradores, tablas de surf, colchonetas y artículos de playa amueblados para su conveniencia. Cargador de teléfono celular en el escritorio. Expertos en viajes en el sitio en la piscina para ayudarlo con sus reservas de actividades. Estamos a pocos pasos del Kamaole III Beach Park para disfrutar de todas sus actividades acuáticas favoritas; snorkeling, body surf o para ver las hermosas puestas de sol de Maui y nuestras majestuosas BALLENAS jorobadas en el invierno. Hay un parque infantil, duchas al aire libre y amplias zonas verdes para picnics.

Estamos ubicados lejos de la carretera y de su ruido y ubicados para que reciba una gran luz pero no sol directo para calentar el condominio durante el día. Disfrutamos de tener todas las puertas y ventanas abiertas para la encantadora brisa tropical y el aroma de las flores de la isla. Pero para esos días calurosos, hay una unidad de aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Limpieza y tasa de resort a pagar con saldo.

Great Vacation Condo

Our family very much enjoyed our stay during our Maui vacation. The condo has all the essentials and more for an enjoyable home base during a trip to the island. We would definitely return to stay again.

Wonderful stay / great location

Great 5 day stay in southern Kihei. Check-in / check-out was totally smooth, property is in great shape. Living space is a little cramped - lots of furniture, and main bathroom is a tiny space. Super well-stocked space - really appreciated the availability of beach goodies.

This condo was great for our family. Comfortable for 2 adults and 4 kids. Owner was very easy to work with and accommodating. Beds are comfy. Condo is well supplied including tons of beach gear - everything we needed. Great location. It was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Very nice place

Perfectly located on the end of the building. 2nd floor afforded a great view. Stayed cool without the sun beating in. Unlike friends staying in an east/west facing condo. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

This condo was in a great location and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked, and everything (beach chairs, coolers, etc) needed for a fun day at the beach! It is a bit of an older property (hallway bathroom could use some updating) and there is a lot of unnesseary decorations which make it feel a little cluttered. That said, the grounds of the condo building are beautiful and again it’s in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping, with the beach across the street!!

Great property, location & host

We had a great time during our trip and this property was the perfect choice that was everything you see in the details and more. Judy was very helpful with the booking as this is the first time I booked through VRBO. We arrived in the night so was a bit difficult to find the front office; however, property management folks helped promptly, and then we received great tips during the check-in. Family including my 78 year old mother enjoyed the full house, especially the kitchen and living room. Location is close to beach, restaurants etc. Views from lanai are nice. House is well equipped and maintained. I would highly recommend.

Great accomodation!!

Our family of six (children 17 to 22) had a great time at Judy's unit in the Kamaole Sands. Most important for us: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with everything, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach cooler, lanai, great view of the palm trees, beautiful landscaping and pool, small view of the ocean, great beach across the road, and a designated parking spot. Everything we needed was there, as advertised. Nothing but good surprises! My only recommendation would be a foam topper for the pull-out couch (but I've never seen a pull-out couch that didn't need one.)

Needs a thorough cleaning

Too much stuff sitting around. Cluttered no place to store luggage had to empty out drawers of video tapes to place clothes in dresser. Nice kitchen update.

Well laid out for our family stay

We love Kamaole Sands. This was our 5th time staying at the property and first time in Judy’s condo unit. The 2 bedroom layout worked well for my family as we were staying with my parents. We found the king bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. My parents unfortunately found their bed not as comfortable and complained that it was too hard. Maybe a mattress topper would do the trick. The lanai cupboard was well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Much appreciated. Thank you for sharing you slice of paradise with us. Overall was a great experience.

Great condo for family

We had a great little stay here. The condo was well equipped for the beach and cooking. There were lots of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and toys for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. My only suggestions for improvement would be to get the condo deep cleaned more often. The shower curtain in the master bathroom needs to be tossed and the shower in the hallway could use a good scrubbing. The lanai could use some replacement cushions as they are very flat. The fan in the master bathroom also doesn't run well. Overall, it was a great place to stay. It just needs a little TLC.

We have a lovely stay!

We stayed 10 nights here with our daughter and her two sons, and everything went perfectly. The condo is well- outfitted with everything you could possibly need, and more! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and includes plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and even spices. Our grandsons loved the toys and videos, and we really appreciated having the beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and snorkel gear right there! Oh, and the beach towels, too -- I brought a couple just in case, but Judy has lots of them there already. Just wash them and put them back when you're finished with them. The property itself is lovely, and this unit is in a quiet building, close to the pool. There are two lanais with a great view of the pool area and a side view of the beach. It was very hot and muggy at times during our trip, so the bedroom air conditioning really was a blessing! This is a great place for families. Our little guys loved it and the adults did, too. I highly recommend this property and really thank Judy for her hospitality!

Perfect for a small family, across from awesome family beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both Judy and the mgt company responded quickly. Everything is well stocked and we would gladly stay again. The kitchen appliances and counter/sink are great - nicely updated. The ice machine in the fridge and filtered water are wonderful to have! In terms of the feedback requested…none of these would affect our booking again- just suggestions for improvement or awareness for future renters. The furniture on both lanais and the living room couch and dining chairs need replacing because they are very uncomfortable. One lanai set was being replaced right after we left. Everything is very cute and clean – just incredibly uncomfortable - unfortunate with such a stunning view. The washer and dryer are so handy to have. They’re incredibly small so be prepared to do double the expected loads. It’s probably half the capacity or less of our same size stacking set at home. The condo sleeps 6 if you were to use the couch pullout, but there were only 2 boogie boards (and one broken mini one) and 3 working chairs (and one broken one which Judy offered to reimburse us for if we bought new one…we had already been to Costco though and weren’t going back). Having 6 of each would be great. The condo and area are very quiet at night time and offer a peaceful sleep with air conditioners and plenty of fans. Kam III across the street is an amazing beach for all ages. Swim, snorkel, and boogie board safely with lifeguards 9-4:30. Super place!

Great Experience

We loved the place. You have what ever you need in it. From the fully loaded kitchen, to equipment you can take to the beach. Judy (the owner) was very nice and kind and helped us when our flight got cancelled. Also the property management group is very responsive. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with a family of 4-5, in a great location, you just found it.

We have stayed in several different condos at Kamaole sands,and this one would be ranked as best equipped of the bunch. We were the envy of relatives staying at other complexes. The decor may not suit everyone,but the owners are letting you stay in their home,and you won't find a better owner than Judy

Great location!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bonus points for beach chairs and boogie boards. And the owner is super nice, making sure we had a great stay. The location of this condo is amazing right across from two family friendly beaches. The complex pool was really nice and clean. The pool host can get a little militant around kids playing in the pool, like no Marco Polo and water games. But no one else seems to mind. We had a great stay!!!

Home away from home

This was our first trip to Maui and it won't be our last. A huge part of what made it so great was staying at Judy's condo. It literally has everything and more you will ever need! We were exhausted when we arrived and check-in was quick and easy but the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! It quite honestly felt like home away from home. We LOVED it! This condo was everything and more!

As a family of 5, we loved this condo. Plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pan, cooking utensils and more. A great view over the grounds and the pool. It get's a bit hot in the afternoon but there are plenty of fans everywhere and great individual A/C units in each room. This was the perfect base for our downtime when we weren't snorkeling or catching waves. We left two body boards...used...loved the sand toys and umbrellas that were already there. Thanks for providing such a great condo!

We spent our honeymoon in Kauai 40 years ago and have been back to the islands many times. Since then we have fallen in love with Maui and Kamaole Sands and have chosen to make this our second home. The kids are grown now but love to visit when they can. We have one grandson and one granddaughter who also loves Maui. We work in Texas but live in Maui (in spirit) when we're not here. We both love the ocean, the fresh air and outdoor activities.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

After extensive travel all over the world and researching locations and amenities, Kamaole Sands well-designed complex layout across from one of Maui's best beaches and central location won out over many others. Solid concrete construction is a plus also. The 15 LUSH ACRES it sits on has fountains, lush gardens and a Koi pond . There are winding paths with beautiful flowers. We love walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, and hiking path along the beach that goes to Wailea. It is convenient to many other activities, the boat ramp, world class SURFING, golfing and Shops of Wailea.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We had previously owned a 1 BEDRM unit at this resort and were immediately attracted to this CORNER UNIT with both bedrooms on ONE LEVEL and 2 lanais. This gives us EXTRA WINDOWS and more of the beautiful Maui sunshine. The master has a vaulted ceiling which only a few out of the 440 units have. For a more spacious feeling, we have one wall in the living room with all mirrors. We love being located above the pool. This location away from the road noise is also a plus. On Wednesday afternoon, the resort has a Mai Tai party with local entertainment. (Suspended due to COVID). There is also an ice machine in the pool area. The breezes allows us to enjoy the fresh air and not use the air conditioner except on rare occasions. We also stock our own linens with oversized bath towels and soft cotton sheets.
