This 5BR/4BA Retreat is the perfect getaway for your family. The Main house features 4BR/3BA, a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a 1BR/1BA and has a separate entrance from the Main house but is attached. Outside you'll find a beautiful pool, hot tub and grill. Relax on the balcony by the fire pit and enjoy the view.

Bedroom #2: (Downstairs) Bunk Bed Room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds, small closet. No TV.

Bedroom #3: (Downstairs) 2 Queen size beds with smart TV and small closet.

Bedroom #4: (Main level) Master with Cal King bed and small closet. No TV.

Bath #1: (Main Hallway) Full bath with single vanity, tub/shower combo.

Bath #2- (Upstairs) Master Full bathroom with stand up shower, dual vanity and large closet. No Tub.


Bath #3 Full Bathroom with vanity, stand up shower. No Tub.

Casita Bedroom : Queen size day beds (no trundle) with Smart TV, Nintendo switch. (No access from main house)

Casita Bathroom : Full Bathroom with vanity and stand up shower.


Game room: (Downstairs) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The game room is equipped with 3 tv's, Shuffle Board, Foosball, Bar and Board games.

Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take a dip in the swimming pool or relax with your family in the jacuzzi . Get cozy by the fire pit and enjoy the view of the beautiful night sky!

This property is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood.

Guest Access
Property has Onsite parking on the driveway. No parking in garage(pool table is located there)

Pool may be heated for additional cost, please inquire if you are interested in having the pool heated during your stay!

The Fireplace inside has been deactivated for safety reasons.

We do not host birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or special events. This is a family friendly neighborhood

Additional House Rules
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood, and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
No music in backyard at all times.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood, and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors' yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home; this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties or events at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies; this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Must be 25+ to book.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
