It is located 15 minutes from Disney World and in close proximity to all of Orlando’s major attractions. Fully furnished and air-conditioned, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, my home will give you and your family wonderful relaxation after a long day of play at the theme parks.

Cleaning has always been my priority to make sure my guests will enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. When preparing the house, I follow strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures, which include:

- Clean and sanitize hard surfaces such as the floor, kitchen countertop, bathroom vanity tops, dinning table, coffee table, dressers and bed stands with disinfectant detergents
- Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups, and glasses using a dishwasher with sanitizing function
- Wash and sanitize all laundry including sheets, towels, blankets, comforters and throw using disinfectant detergents
- Empty all garbage cans in the house and line with fresh bags

My home is located in Regal Palms Resort & Spa, a gated community that hosts vacationers from all over the world. The resort provides comprehensive amenities and services to make sure your stay will be safe, secure and fun.

The clubhouse amenities are loved by our guests and add so much fun to their vacations! These amenities include:

1. Water park with water slide and heated pool at 80 degree all day long: kids go crazy for them!
2. A lazy river: floating freely without even trying. How fun is that?
3. A zero-entry pool for toddlers and young children
4. Hot tub: soak yourself in steaming hot water and just relax…
5. Sauna and steam room: relax and enjoy...
6. Playground & Arcade: kids' paradise
7. Sand Volleyball Court: have a contest with your friends!
8. Gym: carry on your exercise regime while away from home!
9. Picnic area: the resort has dedicated BBQ facilities. Why not have a BBQ party with your family?
10. Tour and ticket assistance: the resort sells tickets for all major Orlando attractions.
11. Computer station: no need to bring your own computer. Use the computer station in the clubhouse to get connected!

MY HOUSE IS ABOUT 150 YARDS TO THE POOL/CLUBHOUSE, 5 MINS WALK!

THE POOL IS OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND AND HEATED!

The resort reception desk provides 24 hours service for guests, especially when guests arrive in the mid of night and need to check in the homes.

Florida is hot and humid, so there are lots of pests around. The resort provides pest control services to guests whenever it's needed.

The resort also provides regular garbage collection for guests.

Because our guests all come from different cultures and different regions of the world, 24 hours security is provided at the resort in case guests need any help during the stay.

ALL of these amenities and services are absolutely essential to guest's stay and are covered by a resort fee of $20 per night for your ENTIRE FAMILY(NOT per person). It is paid at the reception desk upon checking in. Resort fee is MANDATORY, NOT optional, and based on the number of night you will stay at the resort.

Other things to note

This is our lovely home, NOT a hotel!!! Everything inside the home was put together with love and care. It is a special place that you have chosen to spend a fun holiday with your family or friends. We tried hard to make my home as nice and comfortable as possible. Please take care of it as if it were yours. Upon checking out, please leave the house clean and tidy.

For the health and safety of all of our guests, smoking inside of the home is prohibited.

The property does NOT allow pet on site. If unauthorized pet turns up at the house, a $285 deep cleaning and sanitizing fee will be charged to you.

Party of ANY kind is NOT permitted at the house.

To protect your assets, keep the doors and windows shut as you are away.

Beautiful ladies, please don't use the towels or sheets to wipe off your make-ups. Towels or sheets with unremovable stain will be charged to you and therefore incur additional costs.

Regal Palms Resort is a quiet and peaceful development. If you come after 10pm, please arrive quietly. I also appreciate my guests keeping their late activities inside the house subdued.

Early check-in and late check-out will be charged at $50 per hour. Please confirm possibility before your arrival.
