Apartment is located on 6th floor of a building with elevator (lift).
Perfectly located next to the Arno River, inside the ancient wall of the old Town, walking distance to all main sites of Florence (Santa Maria Novella, Ognissanti Church and Cenacolo, Duomo, Uffizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria and more ).

Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140x160 cm) + 2 single sofabed (80x200cm) and dining room, We can provide a cot and high chair for you baby upon request.
Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower. TV sat, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, internet HIGH-SPEED WI-FI in all room.

Pet is welcome too under previous request.

If you arrive by car, I suggest you to book a garage in advance because we are in a restricted traffic area. Otherwise you won't have access to Via Maso Finiguerra. I can book a garage for you, or you can made yourself, the closest garage are Excelsior in Palazzuolo street and Europa in Borgo Ognissanti.
The apartment has a beautiful balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the landscape of Florence.

We can suggest you guided tours in English, French, Spanish and Turkish. Ask in advance, I'll give you a direct contact.

The Train Station is only 4 minutes walk, the Duomo is 8 minutes walk.

check in is at after 2:00 pm
check out is at 10:00 am

if your needs were different, we will try to accommodate you, consistent with the current availability.

In case of availability extra fees are:
Check in between 7:30 Pm and 9:00 PM extra €20, between 9:00 PM and Midnight €30. Check in after Midnight € 50 (not always possible please ask for availability)

You are kindly requested to leave the apartment as clean as possible, wash the dishes and throw away the garbage. Please, take care of it as if it's own own place. Pay attention to energy and water saving not leaving lights and air conditioning on when you are out. In Italy are very expensive.

The apartment is located at the 6 floor of a building, downstair in the main entrance there is a security camera.

Follow fees are not included in the rent and will be paid in cash at arrival time:
1- The city tax of 5,50 Euro per day per adult is due in cash at arrival time . (x max 7 days, adults are over 12 young)

3- All house charges of elettricity, water, heating, internet, garbage and condominium fees of 20 Euro per day.
