Bass Lake Cabin with Lake View and boat slip

I'm a single Dad of two adult children. I have fished this lake over the years. Not much a water sports guy that this lake is known for, but I do enjoy hunting, fishing, tennis, and socializing with friends. I will do my best to make your experience a wonderful, fun-filled time with your own loved ones. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, my Lord and savior, who gave me this cabin to enjoy and have others enjoy!

Situated perfectly along Road 222 with spectacular views of Bass Lake, this property is certainly unique. It offers a real cabin-feel to it, with the inside very similar what you might find in a log cabin. Upper Loft, Main area, and Lower level add to this uniqueness. Upper level has the Master Bed & Bath, with a Loft that sits above the main living room. Kitchen is well stocked that any chef can appreciate, with access to the main decking outside. Lower level has the 2nd bedroom and bath, with additional single bed under stairs. Access to the Basement for laundry, darts, and other items for lake. Propane gas heaters & portable space heaters keep the place warm when it's too cold, or duct-less split AC units help to cool down the cabin, making your living experience very comfortable. The weather can be warm during the summer months, so the Split AC units are such a treat! I've added an additional Portable A/C unit that vents through a window in main room. Additional Creature comforts have been added to make your stay enjoyable, such as new appliances in the kitchen to cook, decking table & chairs with new Umbrellas. My friends and family love to lounge and enjoy a favorite meal or beverage on the decking overlooking the lake...you will too!

You will have access to a shared boat dock for accessing your properly tied up boat as part of the Angel Springs Association. Dock Rules will be made available upon your booking. You will need to launch your boat at one of the two lake launches, the nearest is near the dam, then drive it to the dock to store with good snubbers or other straps to avoid banging the dock. You can also launch the Kayak's stored in the basement. There is also a paddle board available for those with good balance! You will need to roll /carry them down to the lake. Corn Hole game available. Puzzles, dice, cribbage, darts, and other games available.
