Layout and specifics: This gorgeous modern property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom #2 has queen size bed, bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bedroom #4 includes 3 bunk beds. Including the transformative sofa bed, this unit may accommodate a maximum of 13 people. We understand that some of our guests may want to maximize the amount of time they spend soaking up the Miami sun so we've got you covered! This house has a HUGE patio to enjoy a nice barbecue with all necessary seating arrangements included. Complimentary WiFi, cable, linens, towels, cook-wear, etc are included! Free parking is available in the driveway and parallel to the street. This property is ideal for people looking to stay close to the beach without all the traffic and hefty parking prices!

The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.

With the introduction of the Second Saturday Art Walk in the District and the arrival of the annual Art Basel expedition, this area has seen exponential growth in a relatively short period of time. Growing attention from locals marks this spot as the go-to place for an alternative and more cultural experience within the City of Miami.

My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. The airport is 15 minutes away.

Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
