Excellent Location with 3 Bedrooms Near the Beach, Boardwalk and WaterPark

Large & Beautiful apartment located within walkable distance to Seaside heights Boardwalk and Beach. Near lots of restaurants, bars, waterpark, minigolf , shops and ALL . You and your family will LOVE it. Beach entrance is just down the street, we provide 4 Beach Badges that you have to return at check out or you will be charged a fee of $65 per badge or $250 if all four are missing.
You will have the entire apartment for your self & all the things needed: Fridge, Microwave, stove, Air conditioner in each room,TV, Hair Dryer, Coffee Maker, WiFi, fire stick, E-lock, security cameras outside & Parking
1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Beds , and a pull out couch.


The apartment is located on the Second floor of a 3 family house. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, separate dining area and kitchen. You will get an assigned parking spot which is very important if you know how busy the jersey shore gets in the summer.

**The Space***
No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included, also fully equipped kitchen. If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there is another apartment right above which also has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room. Please contact me and I will give you more information so the whole family stay together.

***Toiletries***
Linens (sheets, blankets, towels, duvets and pillows), paper towels/toilet paper (limited in quantity), Shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, dish soap, wash cloths towels are provided.

*** Beach Badges ***
Don’t waste time waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges for adults 12-64 years old are included for your convenience and enjoyment, kids 11 and under are free. All beach badges must be returned or the guests will be charged full costs to replace which is $250 for all 4 or $65each. (I will ask my cleaning lady to take pictures of the badges before and after each check-in and check out make sure all the badges are there for the next guest. The parking space is only for one car and you must park on the designated spot for this apartment only. Do not block other guest space, do not park on the side of the parking lot and do not park by the entrance or your car will be towed away.
