The house was great for our needs, and matched the posting fairly well. It was relatively close to some bus stops (would have been closer if not for some road construction that was happening while we were there) and only a few miles from the exposition center, and from downtown. The house had most of what we needed, although having more than one mug would have been nice.Communication was pretty good, and the host let me checkout a little late, which was much appreciated! I would stay here again.

The duplex was centrally located and made it easy to get around town. Parking on the street was convenient, and the one-bedroom, one-bath setup worked well for our stay. I did notice a slight odor, possibly a mildew smell, though my daughter didn’t pick up on it. Communication from the host was minimal, which could be improved. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to stay.

The listing says it is 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It is only one bedroom andbthe living room with a sofa bed.

You get what you pay for.

Pictures are deceiving, bed is rock hard, pull out bed is uncomfortable and there was plenty of popcorn its and other debris on the sides under the cushions. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness was below expectatuons.

Very cute

Couldent ask for better my first time renting a house. Very clean and smelled good. Not a bad location. Really loved the sunsets on the back porch. Will be back!

We were in town for the Home & Garden Show and this house is about a mile and a half away. It was late each evening when we got out and had to leave early each morning so it was nice to be close. The bathroom is very small, so if you are a bigger person you may find it a little tight.

We were in town for an event at the Exhibition Center. We have had so many bad experiences staying in hotels when we are in the area and this place was only a mile and a half from there. We decided to try this and we are glad we did. It was clean, very quiet, and we felt safe.

Great place on a quiet street! Close to highway for travel

Great property! Could have been a little cleaner (bathroom) (pull out couch) and the front door could use a stronger lock along with the lock to the adjoining side of duplex or closet. overall would istay here again!

Served Its Purpose

The duplex served it's purpose. We were there for 2.5 weeks for a basketball tournament. It is actually a one bedroom and pull-out sofa, which is the only issue we really had. Neighborhood was quiet which is always a good thing.

Close to Kentucky kingdom and quite location by interstate

We were worried about noise at night, but these suburbanites slept lick rocks. The kitchen was decently stocked, and there was salt, sugar and oil, spices, and coffee (and much more) and a coffeemaker. We were able to cook meals comfortably. I would come back for the value, however this home would greatly benefit from a deep professional clean.

Clean, quaint and out of the way

Cozy and clean place off of the beaten path in a nice neighborhood. Reasonable cab/uber ride to downtown makes it well worth it to stay here vs downtown hotel pricing. The ONLY bad thing I can say is the listing said a 2br w/ 2 beds. Its not. It's a 1 br with a bed and a pull out couch in the living room. Misleading and made for an somewhat uncomfortable sleeping for our friend, but we made it work. Otherwise perfect for a couple. Appreciate the host allowing an early check in due to our travel times too.

Poor Communication

The property was easy to find and matched the listed description. The owner was not communicative and did not provide access to the property by the check in time. When we reached out to him, he did not respond by in-VRBO email or by phone. We had to utilize the VRBO customer service staff to help us make contact and get access to the property. When we arrived at the property, the door code did not work and the property owner did not respond, again. We called VRBO for help and the owner provided a second access code that did work. The owner charges a cleaning fee. This would be ok, but the unit was dirty, the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils had to be cleaned before we could use them.
