Summary:
Beach to Bay Near Mandalay will put you steps away from fun and play! The Lofts on Baymont Street are in the very heart of Clearwater Beach, one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach. Walk down the stairs from your expansive and stylish 2 bedroom loft and you are welcomed by a neighborhood of exciting hot spots, delicious food, and delightful conveniences! The destination location in Clearwater Beach, welcomes you! Jolley Trolley nearby.

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Lofts are located above popular shops and a restaurant that closes after lunch

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop

-Assigned parking spaces are located on the end of the building, on East Shore Dr. at the intersection of Baymont Street. Metal placards are posted noting the Space number which matches the unit number

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company drops off and picks up.

-Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.

Unit access is self check in.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Clearwater Beach, next door to Frenchy's Cafe and two blocks from Sand Pearl Resort and the beach. Fish off the access to the Intercoastal one block away. This is such a terrific "jumping off point" for all daytime fun and night life in the area. Quaint Mid Century architecture in the area.

Getting Around:
Jolley Trolley is nearby. See their website for fares and schedule.

We had a fantastic stay at Clearwater in this loft. Very spacious and in a perfect location near to the beach and shops/restaurants.Communication was great and very quick with responses. We would definitely recommend.

Molded property. This loft was infested with mold. Child and another adult member of family got sick with severe allergies and respiratory issues. We left early and only stayed one night. It is a health hazard especially for small children. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Once there, Kimberly answered any questions very quickly. It was a perfect location, in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was very spacious and perfect for the six of us. We loved the little cafe downstairs and the private balcony was nice to have.

Cute spot close to beach

Booked a last minute trip to Clearwater and found this little gem. It’s in a very walkable area to restaurants/bars/shops/beach. There is no beach equipment but there are chairs/umbrellas set up on the beach by a vendor. Just note you need to get there early to grab one. We missed out so sat on our towels. Decor is super cute and has a great outdoor balcony where you get great breezes. Would suggest adding one more comfortable chair as we fought over the rocking chair. High stools aren’t comfortable to chill on. But that would be my only suggestion - everything else was amazing. Beds were comfortable, showers great. Would definitely stay here again!

Walking Distance to local eateries and beach

The condo was nicely decorated. It has all the kitchen utensils needed. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler provided for our personal use.

Location was great. Property was very clean

Enjoyed touring the downtown area and spent a lot of time on the beach. Walked and took the trolly to the Marina, enjoyed the whole area over all. Enjoyed the great places to eat especially French's.

This was a great place to stay and highly recommend if you're planning a visit in Clearwater Beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated/furnished and walking distance to everything! Communication and check in/check out process was perfect and seamless. Thank you Kimberly for a wonderful stay!

Must Stay!!

This property was fantastic! Location was perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. The space was ideal for our family of four including two teenagers and had all the must have amenities for a beach getaway. We will definitely be back!!

50th at Hogans Hangout

What a beautiful, clean property! Just steps away from dining, shopping, beach and literally a stone throw to Hogans Hangout! Surprised my spouse for his 50th with another couple with tickets to Hogans Karaoke on Monday night! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay, it is close to everything, no need for a car. The condo was clean and spacious, the balcony was also great! We would stay again!

Beautiful, Highly Recommended!!!

I’m going to do my best describe how beautiful and clean this property is. The night before they send you a welcome email with the lock code to enter the building and they personalize a code for you to enter the property. Once we entered, the loft was organized and clean, beds were made, dishes clean and out away. There is a tv in each room, you can adjust the temperature to your pleasure. The host leave a guest pass for you to park your car. They have beach chairs, and things for kids to build sand castles with. There is a laundry room in the unit. And it’s only a five minute walk to the beach. And there is a cute little bakery/cafe right below where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. 100000% recommend!
