Denver Trip

The location was great and the managing company was extremely responsive. The game room is great. We found the beds a bit firm and the layout of the house was a bit unusual, but we would stay here again for sure.

Very clean and had so much room for all of our guests

We had 10 people stay here and could have easily had 4 more without being on top of each other. Very clean and roomy in the gathering areas.

Customer service & place was fantastic

We had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning and I can say that the property manager went above and beyond to make sure it all worked out in the end. The place is absolutely fantastic - tranquil, beautiful, absolutely fantastic location. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Family Wedding

The property manager was extremely responsive to our requests. We were very happy with our stay and everything was as indicated. There was a lot of room for a family gathering for a wedding. The house was very close to the venue which made it super convenient during a historic Denver snowstorm.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE! There was a problem from the beginning! From a misunderstanding and overcharged for the amount of people that were staying,to getting the refund was not easy!It took several attempts after I wasn’t refunded the full amount initially! The ADVERTISED free wine was delivered after calling, but we didn’t know there was a broken wine opener to use and had to buy one.The ADVERTISED fireplace- DID NOT WORK!The ADVERTISED Jacuzzi -HAD NO WATER IN IT but I kept getting emails to shower before use so I assumed it had water ! On day three of our five day stay we were ready to use the jacuzzi and noticed it empty.When I called the contact number and also sent a message via the Vrbo site. I was told someone would be out there “tomorrow.”When tomorrow came, someone showed up at noon and the water was still not warm by 10 PM so we were not able to use the Jacuzzi before checking out the following morning.I could go on and on about many things. The games in the “game room”AKA-the cold garage, with one small heater that didn’t heat 10 feet!The basketballs were deflated and the games that required batteries didn’t have batteries and all were outdated.The entire house was dusty,found water bottles, food, kids art work, backyard a mess.I don’t think a “host” exists. She has a company called “Golden-Lotus-Homestay” responding.KEEP SEARCHING,THIS ISNT IT!DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!

Great for Bachelor Parties!!

They were very responsive and very flexible because we had to add an extra night! I would definitely stay here again. The house is very clean and has everything you would need. Great for big groups, easy to get to downtown and other places around denver. Best host I have had since booking with VRBO! Highly recommend!

This property did not disappoint!

We were in town for my daughter’s graduation with extended family and this home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everybody. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and 2 large bedrooms and 1 bath in the basement made this floorplan perfect for us! The house was very clean and the host was accommodating. The house was better than expected!

Perfect place for wedding party

My bridal party and I stayed 2 nights here prior to my wedding, and we had a phenomenal experience! This VRBO comfortably sleeps 14 in beds and 16 if people are willing to sleep on couches. There were fun things to do at the VRBO such as foosball and cornhole. The large dining room space has perfect natural light for doing professional makeup and hair. We had plenty of places to spend time together as a group. Everything was clean, and hosts were helpful and kind. During our stay, the neighborhood experienced a power outage, and the hosts were quick to respond and problem solve with us. I absolutely recommend booking here!

Good house for family to stay.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and suitable for family and kids. My kids like the game machines in the basement. The location is also good. Not too far from a Safeway store. Three bedrooms upstair and each have a bed, the bedrooms are not too big but they have another three bedrooms in the basement and more beds. The beds are all memory foam mattress. The house are clean and just like renovated. We like the European style in the house. Manager is easy to communicate. The small rice cooker is really good for Asian people. I recommend adding teeth brush and teeth paste.

Great house for fewer people

-The house was convenient to many Denver area destinations. -Had minor trouble gaining entry on the first day which was quickly fixed by the owner. -Air conditioning wasn't working, property manager came over to change filter and had to call a repair person fortunately/unfortunately that person came about 10:30pm. -Beds were very comfortable. -Advertised capacity was 16, and there was enough bed space. -Not enough dishes or seats for our party of 12. -Kitchen pans, bowls, knives OK if you are not planning to cook much. Hard to cook for large group with what was available. -Foosball and Air Hockey was broken

Ok property, disappointing communicating with management

While property has positives, it's a typical rental run on the cheap. Don't understand the high reviews. Maybe people have lowered standards and expectations post-pandemic. PROS: *Size & # of bedrooms/bathrooms, especially double queen bedrooms *Outdoor seating area *Filtered water in fridge *Complimentary bottle of wine CONS: *Insufficient seating (sofa/armchairs) for a house this size in main living area off kitchen. *Harsh overhead lighting on the main floor with no dimmers. Some cozy lamps would help ambience. * No supply of toilet paper in downstairs bathroom. Our group ended up buying TP. *Toilet paper holder ripped off wall in hallway bathroom. *At this price point, expect an initial supply of coffee. There were only a few decaffeinated K-cups. Sugar container had confectioners sugar in it. We bought sugar and K-cups. *High touch surfaces were dirty (light switch panels), bathroom areas, as were the kitchen drawers. *Stain on comforter in bedroom. *Our group left an expensive dental appliance on the bed. I sent a message on Sun after check out but the manager didn't respond until the next day. Communication after that was rude and focused on ensuring I knew they weren't responsible and me not bothering the current renters instead of trying to return our valuable. Shocker - item was never found. The only way to communicate with them was through VRBO inbox. It was a frustrating experience. They told me I was "spamming" their inbox with too many messages.
