The Kitchen has stainless appliances, gas cooktop with separate ovens, plus stone counters. Just off the Kitchen is a formal Dining Area. It is framed by a wall of glass windows and door to the deck, and water views. There is a separate Service Bar area with sink and beverage refrigerator that also opens to the deck for easy outdoor entertaining.

The property is very near the Landbank Pecoy Point Preserve with its trail that winds through 17 acres and ends of the pond shoreline.
