Known as the seafood capital of the world and for it's laid back beach bum atmosphere and every kind of water sport available, this beautiful 2 story condo has everything you'd want to experience that the Florida Keys has to offer. You are less than 5 minutes away from fishing charter boats, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, dolphin experience, scuba diving and snorkeling, and so much more. Explore the many islands and stunning views. Key West is only a 2hr drive south, and Miami is only 1 hour drive to the north. Boat slip available at no extra charge. From the looooong boardwalk you can enjoy 24hr fishing, and when in season you can catch shrimp, crabs and lobster. The property has a pool, outdoor grills, and tennis court and pickle ball. The office can set you up with nets, buckets and fishing poles, as well as everything you need to play tennis or pickle ball. Condo has a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. From the property you will enjoy sites of marine life such as sharks, rays, cranes and occasionally dolphins, sea turtles, and manatees. AND stunning sunsets! Newly remodeled. You won't want to leave!

My husband and I live in the Midwest and look forward to escaping the cold weather every year by traveling to South Florida for a few weeks. We discovered the Florida Bay Club about 10 years ago and immediately bought 5 weeks in this timeshare! We bring our adult kids and grandchildren every year and we absolutely love spending time here. To support our habit, we purchased 2 more weeks to rent out :)

We adore being right on the water and watching the marine life and beautiful sunsets, fishing from the boardwalk and playing with the kids in the pool and taking them to all sorts of excursions nearby such as John Pennycamp, Theater of the Sea, and many dolphin experiences.
There is no lack of access to fresh seafood dining, which we cannot get enough of. You can prepare your own seafood in your condo's beautiful kitchen by visiting the local fishery, or catch your own from the boardwalk on the property. You can clean anything you catch at the cleaning table provided, or take it to a local restaurant and they will prepare it for you. If you decide to charter a deep sea fishing excursion, your crew will clean what you catch at no extra charge. We usually do this at the first of the week so we can enjoy our catch during the week (tuna, snapper, mahi and so much more!), and the local fishery will flash freeze what you don't use and ship it you back home. Once back home we love entertaining friends and family with our fresh caught treasures!

Not only is the property located on the waterfront, but it also borders Adam's Cut which gives boats of all kinds to access both to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. So if you like to "boat watch" like we do, this will be a treat you will surely enjoy.
If you like to dive or scuba like we do, within less than a mile we have access to many dive shops and we can give you some great recommendations.
When the kids are gone, we enjoy our quite time watching sunsets, lazing by the pool, reading under the palm trees, scoping out the local produce stands, exploring the islands, and watching the many beautiful boats cruise by our property.
If you bring your own boat, we have a dock with 7 slips available at no additional charge.
