There was a maintenance issue out of the host’s control, so we were unable to stay in the original unit. She offered us an alternative and was very accommodating leading up to and during our stay.

Golf Trip

Stayed in this property for the second year in a row for a golf tournament at the PGA golf club. Location was great, easy to access, and had the necessities nearby. Lady was great to work with, quick to respond, and even dropped off a set of dumbbells to use for the week. The shared pool was great, and access to laundry was also very useful.

PGA Village 2

Convenient, safe, quiet location with a nice heated pool. Great bonus of getting to use the 6 hole pga pitch and putt. Lady Rivera is very nice to rent from. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities for cooking. This was our 5 th year at this location and we are looking forward to returning next year. Easy to travel to many fun activities within 1 hour.

PGA Village First Floor Condo

Very nice, safe, quiet area within easy driving of restaurants and parks. Ocean Beach is about 30 minutes away. Very nice pitch and putt that is free to use. Pool is heated and not too crowded. Lady Rivera is very easy to work with and responded to our call and texts quickly. Condo is first floor and contained all the essentials. Highly recommend.

Quiet and comfortable

We needed a place to stay for just a few nights close to the Mets training facility and I-95. This was perfect. The location is very close to the stadium. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. I loved having the screened porch. Very comfortable for the 2 of us. Lady was extremely responsive. If you are playing golf, this is extremely close to the PGA course.
