Paraíso tropical en la isla de Hutchison

Clima cálido y millas y millas de playas de arena te esperan en este paraíso escondido, ubicado entre Cocoa Beach y West Palm Beach, FL. Nuestro apartamento de un dormitorio está ubicado dentro de la comunidad cerrada de Ocean Village en FT Pierce. Cuenta con 4 piscinas comunitarias, un campo de golf de 18 hoyos, canchas de tenis, centro recreativo, gimnasio, un restaurante en el lugar y un tiki bar junto a la piscina. Las millas y millas de las playas de arena blanca están ubicadas en el lado este de la propiedad, a aproximadamente 5 minutos a pie de nuestro apartamento.
Nuestro apartamento de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño se ubica en el segundo piso y se redecoró y se volvió a amueblar para convertirlo en un exclusivo sueño de alquiler de tema náutico / costero. La sala de estar y el dormitorio tienen televisores de pantalla plana con cable desde Direct TV y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. El apartamento tiene un pequeño patio con una sala de estar ideal para los huéspedes que desean visitar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size con un colchón suave y acolchado sobre el colchón regular. Además, la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama de tamaño completo con un nuevo colchón de espuma viscoelástica de 4 pulgadas. El apartamento tiene una cocina completamente equipada, cafetera, microondas, refrigerador grande con máquina para hacer hielo, ollas y sartenes, platos y cubiertos. Esperamos que nuestra casa se convierta en su segunda casa y que nos visite, año tras año.

Lovely Stay!

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the “extras” provided by the owner. Check in and check out was simple and they were gracious to offer an earlier arrival and a later departure than most rentals. Ocean Village has so much to offer active people. If you enjoy golf, tennis & the ocean you never need to leave the property.

Lovely retreat

The unit was very nice and clean. The location was in the middle of the property with easy access to the first hole for golf. I would highly recommend for couples. The owners were very helpful in answering questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Great, Convenient Getaway

Perfect Place for Vacation

This is a beautiful apartment that had everything we needed in it. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach everyday. Communication was really great with the owner. This was a 10 out of 10 for us, we will definitely be renting from Jim again in the future.

Wonderful stay in paradise!

We stayed at Jim and Angie’s condo at OV this winter. The unit was clean, organized and loaded with amenities including all pot/pans, linens, sports equipment, beach chairs, etc. we were very happy with all the owners provided us as guests. I had a few questions while on our stay and Jim responded quickly and provided positive responses. We would recommend this condo as a great rental in beautiful Ocean Village resort!

Property amenities are great for family

Our first time staying in Ocean Village and we would definitely return. There's so much to do on property. The condo is a very short walk to the 1st tee of the golf course and "big" pool with tiki bar and beach. You can also drive to the pool and beach, but there's a beach cart provided by the property owner which was a huge help for us. Beach towels and chairs are also provided, along with a cooler and tent (we didn't use these but definitely nice to have). Jim was very responsive, open to feedback, and our stay was incredibly smooth.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my week long stay here. This was my first time using vrbo and I was not disappointed. The place was clean with nice amenities and convenient to stores and restaurants. I used the gym and pool daily which was really nice to have. The beach is a 2 minute walk in the neighborhood. I liked having 24/7 security in the front of the neighborhood. The condo has pretty much everything you’d need which is always a big plus when renting one of these places. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Disgusting, false advertising

The property mentions NO PETS ALLOWED, yet there must have been pets in there. My skin crawled and so did my wife’s who has no allergies. Even the though the location was nice, the cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, like I said it mad both of our skins crawl as well as one of out guests. The landlords stated the they would deep clean the apt. After out leaving, but no mention of any refund. We even stripped down the Queen bed and purchase a memory foam mattress to be more comfortable, but no reimbursement of any king fro the landlords. DONT STAY HERE.

Unfortunately for Mr Zemke, the guest that stayed before him brought a small cat to our apartment. Our cleaning protocol after that guest left, included purchasing new bed sheets, scrubbing down of all walls, floors, ceiling fans, and deep clean, and used sanitizers that last up to 24 hours on all surfaces. I personally participated in the deep cleaning. 11 days after checking is was the first time, Mr. Zemke advised us he was having allergies and he felt that room had not been cleaned. He was offered a full refund as to additional cleaning supplies and a foam mattress he purchased, as well as being offered a professional steam cleaning company to come in during his stay. Mr. Zemke declined and stated, "No worries on cost, we are good". During the remainder of his stay, no other problems were reported. 24 Hours before he checked out, we a small refund offered a refund, as a token of our thanks, and he also declined. We apologize, that another guests brought a pet to our apartment. We will be more vigilant in the future. We respectfully disagree with his review, that the cleanliness of our apartment was appalling. After his departure, the sofa was steamed cleaned with a steam machine and the room was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, 48 hours before our next guest. Sincerely Jim N. (owner)

Nice condo and Apartment

Jim very attentive, very simple the entrance to the condominium and apartment, very clean and with everything you need to cook and go to the beach, you can walk to the beach very close or if you do not want to carry your things you can go in the car. 1 minute and park in the pool that is next to the beach.
