You will be close to EVERYTHING when you stay at our centrally-located cozy gem with easy access from Canyon Bend. Our brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with almost 1400 sq Ft is everything you could possibly need for a fun weekend getaway or to entertain your wedding guest! With only a 1 mile to Comal Park where the swim beach is superb! 1 minute drive to CVS, Fast Food Restaurants, 10 miles wedding venues, 8 miles to Whitewater Amphitheatre. There are 3 public boat ramps less than 2 miles away!

The Extra Mile Retreat is just that- the extra mile as we go all our for our guest! Enjoy TV's in the living room, master, and one of the guest bedrooms with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Sling TV & more. The master bdrm features a KING size bed, guest room features a comfy QUEEN size bed, and the other room features TWO TWIN size beds. Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash, Coffee, Creamer, Snacks! We have games like Pac-Man, Checkers, Chess, and even a Karaoke Machine! We have a pack n' play, kids chair to eat in, kids dinnerware, board games, and more to enjoy! There is wrap around parking in the front with up to 4 cars or 3 cars and water toys. We have 1 additional parking in the back on Eastview Street. Pets welcome with $75 pet fee due at the time of booking.

The house was as nice as advertised. One of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Communication with property owner was great. There were a lot of extras others do not provide. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

the house looked freshly remodeled! Was stocked with everything we needed! Very clean & the beds were so comfortable! We were very happy with our stay! The only problem we had was with the oven not working but that was disclosed in the listing!

The house was easy to get to and very clean. Plenty of amenities. Only hiccup was getting the code to the door. Sent a couple of messages through the app, called and finally texted. The host responded quickly to the text. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

Although the driveway was a little challenging for those of us with canes, overall this home was so lovely. We felt at home and most of all we felt safe. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean and every possible amenity was available for us. I especially loved the religious affirmations placed throughout the home.

Family time in the Texas Hill country

We had 5 of us and 2 dogs staying for 4 nights. Home was very clean and simply decorated. Perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels, supplies, etc.. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would recommend to anyone!

We are Jonathan & Leylah, local husband and wife real estate agents here in San Antonio, TX. Jonathan was born and raised in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He came to Texas as a teen and settled in San Antonio, TX. My mother is from Mexico and father is from Cambodia. My father immigrated here and joined the Air Force so we traveled everywhere & eventually settled in Orange County, California. However, during my sophomore year of high school, I came back to where I was born (Good Ol’ San Antonio, TX). My Father is an Air Force Veteran & Jonathan’s sister is in the Navy, so we support our troops 100%! Jonathan and I have been married for 14+ years and have two beautiful boys (a teenager & a 7 yr old so life gets pretty busy!) and enjoy traveling and getting in a date night here and there!
