Located in the heart of old town Bodega Bay, Simplicity is a one bedroom, one bathroom, home with one queen bed. Television with Blue Ray DVD (will also play CD's), small kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, hand mixer, (no dishwasher). Stack washer and dryer, Iron and small Ironing Board, one car garage, small grassy yard, and small deck on the west side of the home with a table and 4 chairs. WiFi and streaming now available with Internet and Roku box.

Sonoma County TOT CERT #: 1819N, License #: LIC25-0003, Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 2, Max Occupancy: 2, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.

Great Stay in Bodega Bay

Our stay was great and the home was very clean and exactly as advertised (no surprises). The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Check in was very easy. We would definitely try to rent the same home again if we decide to visit Bodega Bay in the future.

Cute house, comfortable stay. Perfect location within walking distance to grocery stores and Birds cafe. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated checking in 30 minutes early. The shower had issues draining and we had some WIFI connection issues trying to watch a movie. The photo shows a white table on the deck that was not at the house.

Nice little cottage, able to walk to a few places.

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The only problem we encountered was with the shower controls, very touchy and hard to get the right temperature without sacrificing pressure. I hope they get it fixed.

Bodega Getaway for Two

Our weekend getaway included a deep sea fishing & crabbing adventure so this home was in a perfect spot. Diekman’s store has a little bit of everything including fresh coffee & delicious sandwiches. & it’s right across Hwy 1. The home is private, cozy, retro & clean. We will definitely rent it again.

Perfect Convenient Location

House was perfect for the 2 of us, just what we needed. My BFF had a destination wedding in Bodega Bay and all our family and friends who attended, needed accommodations. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to have a place to stay while attending the many get togethers of the week and of course the wedding and reception. It was very clean and perfectly located.

Great Bodega Bay House

My wife and I spent two nights at this charming house. It's in a great neighborhood and walking distance to the grocery store and a few restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It's on a corner lot with a view of the bay. The photos online are accurate. We hope to stay here again soon and would highly recommend it.

Clean and close to town

Overall we had a nice time staying at this location. The only negatives is that we did not have tv (no antenna) and parking was confusing. I'm not sure if parking in the detached garage was an option so we parked at times in front and on side of home (which was very tight). A property information binder would have been helpful.

Quaint and Safe

The location is perfect. The property management personnel were very responsive to our questions and this made our stay pleasant. The property is adequate and about what I’d expect for an old home. It would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues because of older home issues. Once we were acquainted with how to turn on the heat and aired out the cottage’s mustiness, we were cozy and content. The neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Cute little Bungalow minutes from the bay

My husband and I were celebrating our 26th anniversary and wanted to visit Bodega Bay. This was such a cute bungalow that was minutes away from the bay. We walked to local shops and restaurants since it was right in the heart of town. We were concerned about no AC, but the temperature remained in the 50’s (we came from triple digits in August), so it was very nice and cool in the house. Very clean house and the host was excellent. Any questions I have, they would respond within minutes. Loved this quaint town, loved the house, and loved our experience. If we ever decide to go back, we’d definitely stay here again.

Quaint bay cottage

My wife and stayed at the property for two nights and we have no major complaints. Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's a very nice little cottage right up the hill from the bay. The location is very convenient. For what it might be worth, I'd make a few suggestions for some minor improvements. The front doorknob is a little loose, the deck could stand a little maintenance and attention, and we wished there was a bit more furniture in the main room and for the small couch that is there to be be a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, again, great little place that we would consider renting again. Thanks!
