Living space
Designed for groups of up to six, the condo is laid out with breathing room and ease in mind. The open living area flows naturally from the kitchen to the dining space, giving the whole group room to gather without feeling crowded. A dedicated workspace, private entrance, and self check-in via keypad add a layer of independence to your arrival and day-to-day routine.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen. A separate bunk area with a twin-over-twin bunk bed rounds out the sleeping configuration - ideal for kids or extra guests. Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks when the whole group is getting ready.
 
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen keeps every meal on your terms. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything you need to prepare a proper breakfast or a post-beach dinner without heading out. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer.
 
Resort amenities
Step outside and the resort does the rest. A shared pool, shared hot tub, and well-equipped gym are all available for guest use, along with BBQ grills for evenings when you want to cook outside. Direct beach access puts the gulf right at your feet - no driving, no shuttle, just sand.

One dog (30 pounds or less) is welcome per unit. A nonrefundable $300 pet fee plus tax is due at check-in.

Paid parking for up to two vehicles is available on premises. A one-time fee of $35 plus tax is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

Pier Park shopping, fresh seafood, and deep sea fishing charters are all within easy reach. It's a stretch of the Panhandle that rewards those who explore it.
 
We recommend bringing toiletries, a hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, laundry soap, coffee and filters, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, and sunscreen.
