While we love all pups, the HOA strictly enforces a pet weight limit of 25 pounds or less.

A $75 non-refundable pet fee is included when you book (add the pups before booking)

HOA requires rabies vaccination proof and charges $50 per pet for the first week upon arrival

Perfect place for our family!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Panama! Plenty of space for 6 people (plus our beagle), and super clean! Ruth was very responsive, and the check in process was smooth! We will definitely be back!

My finance and I enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama. Ruth was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort staff was very friendly and kind. My dog enjoyed meeting new dogs and going to the dog beach. I will most definitely be booking again.

Beautiful views from the balcony!

Very happy with our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and the host is very sweet and responds very quickly. The condo has beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to take everything to the beach. 🏝️ Everything was wonderful we will be back.

Great condo and location!

The condo was just as beautiful in person as in the photos! The location and ease of walking from the condo to the beach was perfect for me and the two teenage girls on our trip. Ruth was great answering my questions and communication about our stay was really helpful. We will be back!

Birthday weekend with our pets!

We really enjoyed this condo! Even better that we could have our pups with us! Sunrises were amazing! Loved going after the crowds were gone. Owner was very nice and easy to reach. Only had one small plumbing problem and she handled it swiftly! A+ for her professionalism!

Wonderful time and views of the ocean!!

My wife, our furry friend, and I had a fantastic time at Ruth’s place. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the ocean. The property even had a dog park, which was a huge plus for us. The host was incredibly responsive, understanding, and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in the future.

Relaxing

Property is well kept, clean and the owner made sure we were comfortable taken care of if we need anything. I initially was going to book another stay in tower 1 bcse its directly on the beach. However, because of the hospitality of the owner, I'll book again with her. I still had a good view of the beach. Thank you again for checking on us. we'll definitely be back and I'll refer

Great place and great location

We spent a week at the apartment and we enjoy our stay!. The location and the amenities are great, the apartment it self has a great view and everything you will need including beach umbrellas and chairs. Ruth was very quick and friendly, she quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

Late Spring Stay

Nice place! We chose this unit mostly on it's location relative to the start line of a race. You can tell that Ruth has spent some time to update the property, and it had everything we needed. Beds and Furnishings were comfortable.

Overall, this is a decent place to stay.

This condo is set up very nicely and has a beautiful ocean view. Only a few minor issues during our stay, which included the floors being very dirty to the point of turning our feet black and there were only 6 towels provided. The elevators are very slow so I can’t imagine what it would be like during peak season. There is no light indicating when they will open, and the doors close very quickly so there are times where you are stuck waiting for lengthy amounts of time. The fitness center left a lot to be desired with minimal equipment and electrical cords all over the floor. Tower 2 pool was closed whenever the wind would pick up, but the Tower 1 pool remained open. If we were to visit again, I don’t think we would choose such a high floor and would rather take the stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay during spring break.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful trip in this beautiful condo. The master bedroom was very relaxing with a wonderful mattress. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas, no need to bring your own! I have stayed in both of Ruth’s condos and she’s a pleasure to work with.

Amazing condo near the beach

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is clean and in excellent condition. The beach and two pools are just a few minutes away. The beach is clean and excellent for young and elderly folks. There are a couple of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Be patient with the elevators as the condo complex is huge. Highly recommended.

Ideal place to stay at the beach !

We enjoyed our vacation tremendously. The condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and the complex is equipped with heated pools and hot tubs to enjoy with cooler weather. The owner Ruth is friendly, very responsive and easy to rent from. We look forward to renting again in the future.

This condo was so fun and family friendly!!

We had a great time staying here! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the patio was amazing! The condo was kid friendly too which made our stay even more fun and relaxing. There’s easy access to the pools and beach which made the trip a lot easier with our littles. Ruth is a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!
