Welcome to Cabana Club 307! This newly updated beautiful beachfront condo is the perfect way for a family to spend a week at the beach! Cabana Club is a meticulously maintained complex in the heart of Crystal Beach, complete with a grill area and large picnic area on the way to the beach. As a smaller complex, guests will enjoy a private beach to take in the sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico with their family and friends.

Upon entering the unit, guests are welcomed into the entryway adjacent to the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Walking down the hallway, is the Bedroom with a king size bed, a large 50 smart tv, and a single fold out futon chair. The main bedroom also has new flat screen tv, closet and furniture with plenty of storage. Adjacent to the bedroom is the ensuite bath. This bathroom has a soaker tub and walk in shower.

Back into the hallway, guests will pass the half bathroom with a, sink and toilet. The half bathroom opens into the kitchen that flows into the living room with stunning views outside of the brand new windows. The kitchen is complete with updated countertops and appliances. There are two barstools and a dining area that seats four guests. The living room has plush and plentiful seating to watch all your favorites on the large flat screen tv and the sofa turns into a queen bed with an upgraded mattress for relaxation.

The living room flows out to the sprawling balcony that gives you some of the best views in Destin. Relax on the comfy furniture and watch your favorite shows on the new 70 inch smart tv! The sunrises and sunsets somehow hit differently at the beach and this is the perfect location to soak it all in!

Disappointed upon arrival because this unit was advertised as a two bath, but it's actually 1 1/2 baths. You are still sharing shower with master suite. I called the property management company and they changed it on the website so others will know. They also gave us a couple days of beach service at no charge, so we appreciated that. The fold out couch needs a new mattress, but we used the fold out bed we found in a closet and used it instead. Everything else was great! Beautiful unit, great location, very clean. Loved it!!

Ready for Summer

This is our second year in a row to stay at this condo on this property and the wife and I absolutely enjoy it. Its very peaceful with plenty of space on the beach to spread out. Each year at this time we see between 8-10 beach umbrellas which makes it so relaxing instead of seeing rows and rows.

Perfect spot

We’ve found our go-to spot in Destin! The unit was exactly as pictured—updated, spotless, and fully stocked for a stress-free getaway. Cabana Club stood out to us as incredibly peaceful and safe, unlike many other places we saw along Highway 98. The short walk to the private beach (no huge dunes!) made everything feel effortless.A quick tip: the beach chair and umbrella service is super easy. I was nervous we might not get a spot, but every day we did—just head down with your towel, and the attendant (shoutout to Kyle!) will set you up for the day or week. It couldn’t have been simpler.We also loved that several beachfront restaurants were within walking distance. If you’re after a quiet, no-hassle vacation—this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Gem in the Best Location

We LOVED our stay here! The room and views were amazing. I loved the quick walk to our private beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella each day. Walking distance to the Crab Trap and Camille’s. We’ve stayed many places in Destin, but prefer the quiet side where this condo is. My only suggestion to staff would be to remove the foam mattress topper from the master bed. The sheets came off every night and overall was not comfortable. Our teenagers slept on the pull out couch. I’ve already reached out to management about our next stay!

Solely Beachfront Cabana Club stay

This was a perfect condo. It had everything I needed for my stay and then some. They even had beach towels for me to use. The condo was nicely updated and very clean. Their checkin and checkout procedures were so easy. I will definitely book with them again for this condo.

Couldn't have picked a better place!

I was a bit weary booking a condo I had never seen before… all you have to go on is reviews and photos and hope the photos are up to date. Well… the photos don't do this condo justice. It was beautiful. First impressions are everything and we walked into a nice ambient lighting, with the island lights on, the TV was on with a nice background. This condo has everything. Beach towels, regular towers (and more than two!), washcloths, shampoo and conditioner if you forgot it, toilet paper, soap for dishes, trash bags, all the kitchen supplies you may need, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, tide for your clothes, extra pillows, a blow up mattress if needed, highchair… you name it, it's there. The only issue we ran into was that the ice maker didn't work… so maintenance came out within the hour and couldn't fix it so he brought us ice… problem solved! There is a number you can text if you need something and Solely is very quick to reply. And last but certainly not least… the VIEW. Wow. I had one thing on my “must” have list and it was a view. I was weary about not staying in a high rise with miles of coast to see but you can see that right here at the third story of Cabana Club. The view from this condo is second to none. There are four or five chairs to sit on the balcony and take it all in… we spent all our time either on the beach or on the balcony. We will definitely be coming back. Solely Beachfront is a great company and very responsive. No I'm not sponsored and was not paid for this haha!

Loved It!

This place was a wonderful stay. It was very clean, newly remodeled and very spacious. Location is great and the views from the balcony were stunning. Hosts were welcoming and communicative. Will definitely stay here again.

Great on the beach location. The beach was never crowded. Property was clean, though more attention to details such as dusting bed headboard and ac vents would have been nice. Also, light bulbs are all different colors, from cold white to soft yellow. Overall winner is the great location - more than anything- with its own private beach.

My sister, her two daughters, son, and I enjoyed a quiet spring break. The condo was clean, and supplies were on hand. The view was terrific, and the water was crystal clear. I reached out to rent another date, but it was already booked. I look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing this home with us. Our only complaints are not major. Our ceiling fan didn't work, but we had a floor fan. We are hot natured and the lowest temperature is 72 so we did wake up feeling on the warm side several times. Keep in mind that we keep our thermostat at 69 and it's very hot and humid in Tennessee. We understand that you have to set limitations. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future stays. Thanks again!
