This beachfront condo complex sits perched upon the iconic sugary, crystal sands of the Emerald Coast. Crystal Sands 308B is situated on the top level of one of the complex’s buildings. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can host up to eight guests.

Like many condos in the area, this rental uses an open concept floorplan to create a large great room that encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The contemporary living room is comprised of a gray couch, two accent chairs, a coffee table, and a TV for entertainment. Two sets of sliding glass doors open out onto a Gulf-front balcony, where chairs are provided for guests to enjoy the spectacular views. Indoors, the dining area features a vintage bare bulb chandelier, under which sits a dining table surrounded by four chairs and a wooden bench. Two stools are provided for additional seating at the adjacent kitchen bar. The open kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinet space and shelving, and a granite-topped bar that may be used to serve up appetizers and tropical drinks.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and access to a full hall bath. The guest room in the sleeping loft also features a king-size bed and TV. This room shares access to a full hall bath with an adjacent bunkroom, which has two twin bunks and a TV.

A stay at Crystal Sands guarantees a great vacation. In addition to great living and sleeping space, this condo has a private swimming pool, Gulf-side grills, and a collection of tables and chairs. *Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
