Tucked away in Rocky Mount, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home is perfect for a family retreat at the Lake in Lick Branch Cove. Located on 5 lots, this home is packed with all the ideal lakeside amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, spacious deck, patio, gas grill, boat dock, kayak and plenty of outdoor seating. Located on a quiet no-wake cove just minutes from Coffman Beach Access yet near many local attractions.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Twin Upper and Full Lower Bunk | Living Room: 1 Full Sleeper Sofa.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, ceiling fans, board games.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Balcony, concrete patio, seating/dining areas, gas grill, charcoal grill, dock, kayak.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all the cooking basics including spices and cooking oils. Coffee/tea bar with Keurig single-serve coffee maker and Ninja drip coffee maker. Microwave, toaster, blender, dishware/flatware.

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, central A/C & heating, towels/linens, toiletries, beach towels, hair dryer, trash bags/paper towels.

FAQ: This is a 2 level home, stairs required for access. 1 exterior security camera.

Great weekend getaway

Nice house that was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids under 10. We enjoyed time swimming and fishing off the dock and then a nice fire around the fire pit in the evening. We would definitely stay again!

My family had a very fun trip.

We stayed at the property most on this trip. My nieces had a great time swimming from the dock. The house was very clean and Sarah was easy to communicate with, and was quick to respond when needed. The surrounding area lost power on the last day and she quickly kept me updated. We had a very good time. Thank you again!

Relaxing weekend at the lake

The place was quite with a nice private dock to fish from. Relaxing setting but still close enough to some popular spots at the lake such as back water jacks and the strip. The hosts were nice and ready to help with any questions I had. I will probably stay here again!

Amazing Stay with all of the Accommodations!!

Our stay at Cool Valley in Rocky Mount was nothing less than perfect! We didn’t expect to have every accommodation imaginable when we showed up, but were pleasantly surprised with how much this property had to offer! From the comfy beds, the cold A/C, fully furnished kitchen, fire pit, and propane/charcoal grills, we couldn’t have asked for much more. But then you get to the boat dock, which is down a pretty daunting flight of stairs, but your calves will thank you after your stay, because you won’t want to leave the dock! Bring your floaties and jump in the water because the cove is gorgeous! Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers, and lots of outdoor seating! And to top it all off, the Hosts were super kind, responsive, respectful and accommodating of our needs, and we cannot thank them enough for making our experience at the Lake of the Ozarks unforgettable!! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

As we transformed and furnished this home, our goal was to create a space we would choose and that visitors would enjoy. We think we have succeeded. Great views, lake fun, boat slip, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful bath with luxurious linens. Central heat and air conditioning. It's a quiet retreat that's near all the excitement.
2023 was the first year we hosted and we had a wonderful time. It has been a lot of work, but we have enjoyed meeting our wonderful guests on-line and answering their questions.
We hope you enjoy it.

Located on a no wake arm of Lick Branch Cove (at the 5 mile marker), we have over 500 yds. of space for swimming, kayaking and fishing without facing the mighty waves of the main channel. We are a quiet space just minutes from restaurants and attractions. With 5 lots, we have plenty of elbow room and privacy.
