Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios ubicada en el 4. 5 mm del lago de los Ozarks. La casa tiene capacidad para 14 personas con 3 camas tamaño queen, 1 litera doble / completa y 2 sofás cama. La casa tiene 2 baños completos, 2 refrigeradores, parrilla al aire libre en una cubierta enorme con mesas y sillas suficientes para 14.

Un montón de espacio en la cubierta para disfrutar de hermosas vistas mientras se relaja. El muelle privado tiene un resbalón de bote de 10x24, una estación de limpieza de peces y una plataforma de baño. El hogar está ubicado en una cala de poco tráfico con vecinos muy amigables.

Traiga su propio barco o alquile uno de uno de los varios lugares de alquiler de barcos cercanos. Más de 15 restaurantes a 15 minutos en barco o en coche. Un corto trayecto en coche de 15 minutos te permite ir de compras y realizar actividades en tierra en la playa de Osage. Un montón de aparcamiento para varias familias, o grupos grandes.

Overall good experience

Home was well kept and offered plenty of room for our group. My only issue was after we booked and paid for our stay the host contacted me that those dates were no longer available and we would have to change our trip which wasn't easy with vacation time already approved for previous dates.

Great place!

It was a great house! I highly recommend this place but make sure you are ready to do some stairs!! You do need to haul all of your stuff down a flight of stairs but it is worth it! They had everything we needed.

Ozark Trip

Was a great private house with lake access. Although we didn’t rent a boat we did enjoy our access to swimming and short drives to eat, shop, and enjoy the Ozark experience. I really enjoyed having my children all together and plenty of space to accommodate us all.

Nice quiet cove!!

This property is located in a beautiful cove that is perfect for swimming or just relaxing on the deck! Most amenities are 20 minutes away which wasn’t bad. There is a pretty steep stairway to get to the main entrance and a spiral staircase inside to get to the lower level. Over all it served our purpose well for a family of 12.

Nice vacation home.

Overall very good. Things to be aware of. We missed that there was no WiFi but didn't miss it after all. Steps are long very steep coming down to the house. Limited kitchen wares. Very clean and spacious. Otherwise great swimming area and quiet cove. Easy boat parking.

We had a great time

We had a great time staying in this house. The parking isn't the greatest its a little scary how you have to park real close to the side of a hill down to the house. The steps down to house are very steep so if you have an issues with steps you may want to look at another house. Other than that the house itself was very nice and the outside and the dock were amazing. If we ever go back to the Ozarks I would stay again.

Pros/Cons

We liked the house. It was plenty of space for us 11 moms weekend! The host were super nice and communicated well. The location is good. Loved the huge deck and private dock. However, the steps leading down to the house are brutal. There are a lot of steps and they are steep, these were not mentioned in the description nor was the smaller spiral staircase to get to the lower level. We still had a great weekend!

Multi-family vacation

Overall, it went pretty well! There’s a LOT of stairs, and direct/close parking is pretty minimal. You have to park along a very small one way gravel road. HOWEVER: we were three families, with children of all ages, from 4-18, and adults from 20-50s. I booked this trip to save us all a bit of money, and enjoy time together. We stayed 6 days total, and split the time, so my own family left after four days, so the other families could enjoy their own personal times as well. It was a wonderful shared experience. We had TONS of fun, and was able to keep our boat trailer close, and boat even closer. The hosts were easy to contact and super fast to reply, directly and politely. It’s in a quiet cove, what neighbors we did have were absolutely wonderful, and we felt very safe. All in all, it was a fantastic experience for myself, husband, and three children.

Lovely home

Pros-Nice spacious home, good fishing (caught bass, catfish, and bream off the dock), quiet private location, owners respond quickly, friendly neighbors, very comfortable beds. Cons-20 steep steps from parking to entrance of house (have a tram but it's broken), grill was grease laden (took 2 hours to clean), outdoor area really dirty, dead tree limb fell on me and scraped up my head and back in grill area, no internet, no lamps in house, no condiments in kitchen, large refundable deposit that takes over 2 weeks to refund, 22 stairs to reach dock area (if elderly with physical problems like me beware). Saw many rats around.. Overall it is overpriced.

Scammed.

Avoid this property. We were initially so pleased - booking and communications were easy. We were even allowed to check in slightly early because we had drove into town and were ahead of schedule. Unfortunately that's the only positives I can share. The bunk beds downstairs were held up by a cinder block. I am absolutely regretting not taking a picture as we were later charged for the bed which was broken upon our arrival. The downstairs bathroom door does not lock - we had to re-wash all of the kitchen silverware. We went to use the grill and it was full of very old cooked food. My husband spent a significant amount of time cleaning the grill so we could use it and again when we were done. Someone had dumped eggs in the lake around the dock which made it absolutely disgusting for kids to walk in. We did not receive our deposit back and unfortunately paid for issues that we didn't create. I have never ever left a negative review on a VRBO property, but this one I felt necessary so no one else gets scammed like we did.

Good for large group

We had a good time at this property for our friends getaway this summer. They had all the amenities we needed. It’s definitely not a fancy place by any means but it has everything you need for your lake stay. We rented a boat for a few days so most of our time was spent on the water. We enjoyed the large deck when we did hang out at the house. The only minor complaint we had was there was some hair balls left on the floor from previous guests but was communicated to the host. It wasn’t a big issue for us but I wanted to let the host know so they could relay the message to the cleaning crew. Would stay there again!

Wonderful family getaway

Beautiful quiet cove and wonderful neighbors. Lake house was clean, well maintained and owners had great communications. Highly recommend this property. My family and I had a great time hanging out fishing, swimming off the dock, and many extra adventures all around the area to go and do.

Our Stay

We wanted something right on the lake. This house is so easy to walk down to the lake and jump in from the swim platform. We swam all day and rented a boat the next day.

Great spot

Wonderful lake location. Great swimming and fishing. House is comfortable and spacious and the hosts communicate well. There are a lot of stairs from parking to the home. We would definitely stay again.

Lake side get away

The house is in a good spot. Back in a quiet cove. We enjoyed the house a lot. The deck was big and a great place to just hang out. We spent the vast majority of our time there and on the lake. There were 7 of us and everyone had a nice bed.

Family vacation

Great vacation rental

Just as advertised

Loved the place plenty of room for all 12 of us, a great place to dock the boat and go out whenever we wanted. The cove was quiet and near lots of fun places on the water. You should book this place.

Great Experience, Quiet cove

The house had plenty of space and amenities, as well as being very clean Cove was very quiet and had no boat or jet ski traffic pass by us. We really enjoyed the deck space and having a grill to use. Hyvee was only a 20 minute drive for groceries.
