Serendipity by the Sea is located in the Club at Cape San Blas, a 12 unit building on the South end of the Cape. The building has elevator access, a pool, outdoor showers, charcoal grill and a common area with bathrooms that are near the boardwalk to the beach.

Serendipity by the Sea is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with panoramic views of the Gulf. Upon entering you'll find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. The living Room has a comfortable sectional, large tv and access to the deck with expansive views of the white, sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of storage space and a kitchen island with additional seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for four and incredible views.

A king size bed, tv, deck access and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower make the primary bedroom the perfect retreat for the end of the day. The first of two guest rooms has a queen bed and tv while the second guest room has two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom with combination tub/shower and vanity. A-1 at Cape Pointe also has a full size stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

Parking notes: There is carport parking for one vehicle located directly under the unit. Please no campers, trailers, or motor homes. Additional parking on the other side of the pool.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.
