Private Multi-Million Dollar Riverfront Retreat
DOLPHINS, KAYAKS, BICYCLES, & A PRIVATE POOL (not heated)!! This beautiful riverfront million dollar home will leave you speechless from the moment you walk inside. **ONLY THREE BLOCKS FROM THE WHITE SAND BEACHES OF DAYTONA!**
As you walk through the front door you will be immediately greeted with the earth tones and natural wood flowing throughout the home as you overlook the beautiful pool and dock leading out to the sunset river backdrop and calm water.
As you enter into the home straight in front of you is the floating staircase to the second floor. To your left is a lounging living room overlooking the pool and river. Also to your left is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, tv, private bath, and private sliding glass door to the pool deck. This bedroom also has a sliding barn door that separates it and the private bath from the downstairs lounge area.
To the right of the stairs are beautiful gourmet chefs complete with all the kitchen amenities you could ever need and a commercial grade six burner gas stove / dual oven for the people who love to cook. The kitchen overlooks the riverfront dining room that has a dual sliding glass door to completely open up the corner of the home to the beautiful weather. The dining room has the ability to seat 6 with an additional 6 bar stools around the granite kitchen island and then ample outdoor seating as well. (Down near the kitchen is a half bath as well, and on the back side of the kitchen near the garage entry to the house is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer)
As you walk up the floating stairs to the floating walkways you will notice the magnificent natural light coming into the home. To the right is bedroom #2 is a queen bed tv, closet, and a private sliding glass door to the second floor balcony overlooking the river and the pool.
Down the hall you will find the back bedroom #3 that boasts two double size beds, a tv, a walk in closet, and a private entry into the full bath #3. Bedroom #2 shares this bath with #3 and they both have an entrance. One from the hall and one from the #3 bedroom.
In the hall there is also a half bath right before the master bedroom entry.
Walking into the huge master bedroom you will be amazed by the massive picture window overlooking the River. Inside you have a huge walk-in closet, private bath, huge tv, and private sliding glass door to the second floor balcony overlooking the pool.
The property is uniquely private with fences on both sides keeping privacy at a maximum from nearby homes.
The outside of the home has an in ground non-heated chlorine pool as well as an outdoor gas grill/kitchen prep area. The home has several pool loungers, a beautiful lounging sofa, a picnic table situated on top of the artificial turf, and a huge dock with chairs at the end for a peaceful serene end to your day while the sun drops beneath the tree tops.
**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
Minimum rental age: 25 (age of primary renter)
*RIVERFRONT RETREAT HOUSE RULES*
1. Respect the neighbors at all times, no exceptions. If a neighbor calls us with an issue related to your stay we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property. 2. NO fireworks off the dock. Immediate termination of stay. 3. NO drones flying on property. Immediate termination of stay. 4. NO more then four vehicles at any given time in the driveway. 5. NO loud music at any time. Music music must be contained within property. Set volume appropriately. 6. Do not set the AC below 68, it will freeze the unit. 7. Do not leave any sliding doors open. 8. Do not go onto the neighbors docks. 9. Do not touch the boat at the end of the dock. 10. If you are fishing; do not cast towards neighbors boats/docks. 11. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. 12. Only the guests on your registration document are allowed inside the property. 13. No glass in the pool. 14. Infants must wear pool diapers to avoid accidents. 15. If you are staying through a Monday night, you will need to put trash out to the curb for Tuesday morning pickup. 16. If you accidentally break something, please say something. 17. Complete the associated checkout list.
Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (if the home is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100
PARKING: Parking in the driveway we can fit 2-4 vehicles depending on their size. Your check in agent will show you how to park if you have multiple vehicles. (have to get creative)
PETS: One pet under 20lbs Shot records needed (rabies up to date) $150 one time pet fee
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

Daytona getaway
We booked the house for the Rockville festival at Daytona speedway. The location was slightly further than we thought, but an easy drive either way to the Speedway. The location was very quiet and the place was lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Family perfect
The house was perfect for a large family. My daughters kayaked, everyone enjoyed the pool, a walk down the dock, two bicycled to the beach. Large barbeque was very nice. The highlight for me was a good night’s sleep - Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! I must note there are plenty of bathrooms so no waiting to shower. Property manger was prompt with communications. Perfect stay!

Seamless experience
Wonderful time and great experience. So many small details that made it a great experience. Communication was excellent. What we really appreciated was having enough of daily amenities already there that we didn’t have to go buy, such as paper towels, tp, etc. There were plenty of beach towels and they had chairs, bikes, kayaks and other items. Would love to do it again!

Absolutely Perfect!
Let’s start with the PROS: perfect location, perfect setup, perfect views, perfect amenities! This house was equally as stunning in person as it was listed online. Everything was at your fingertips, from amenities inside the home, around the pool, and in the area surrounding the home. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beaches & even the view from the riverfront dock was outstanding. The check in process was super easy & the owner/prop manager was extremely responsive. This property was worth every penny & we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Cons: there aren’t any. We did not encounter anything negative with this property. Mother Nature was our only drawback, but even with the weather you still felt like you were in a beautiful vacation in this home.
Don’t hesitate to book! It’s well worth it!

In a nutshell, the property is priced as a premium property, but it just isn't.The property was not very clean. We arrived to laundry in the washing machine, a half-filled garbage can inside the house (that was smelling up the kitchen), and a roach that had been dead in the shower for some time. There were also issues with furniture quality and cleanliness (smudges on couches, frayed chairs, broken outdoor furniture). In addition, there was an issue with the septic system. An alarm that went off early for two days had to be disengaged because we exceeded certain water use. I'm not sure if it was a septic issue, but we ended up with mosquito larvae swimming in a toilet. We weren't told about the septic issue in advance, but we were told that it was going to be fixed the week after we left, so it may no longer be an issue.The overall layout of the property didn't function well for us. It may work for others. The only family gathering area had furniture that was covered with blankets, and the blankets had smudges on them. There were pretty stringent rules to the house, which we knew going in. However, the things we had to do to leave (wash and dry the towels, strip the beds, remove the garbage) were not done for us.On a positive note, the kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms had memory foam (which I enjoy, others may not), there is a lovely sunset view, and it was in a good location for us.Overall: premium prices should warrant better attention to detail.
