Take advantage of the private access to the back patio and deck from this room as well. This space offers a fenced area with a picnic table under the covered porch and a table with an umbrella on the deck. You can cook up the daily catch, burgers or hot dogs on the charcoal grill. A spiral staircase leads up to the balcony above where you have Pool Views. Back inside, venture up to the second floor to the central part of the home where you are met with bright colors and marine life decor carried throughout the house. The open living area is comprised of a large sectional, accent chair and a wall-mounted TV with cable, perfect for gathering and watching movies. Make your way through the sliding glass door, out to the covered back balcony to relax and take in the island breeze, a great spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite prepping surfaces, stainless steel appliances, pantry, regular coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for dinner at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating of four stools at the breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is the use of a full-size washer and dryer, just off of the kitchen. The second bedroom (BR2) holds a King bed, nightstand, closet and wall-mounted TV.
