Welcome to Blue Caboose Bungalow! Conveniently located next to Whitaker Woods for walking, biking, and cross-country skiing and only steps from North Conway Village!

Our home has been lovingly updated with: New flooring, lighting, paint, washer/dryer, mini-split supplying heat and A/C, new furniture and mattresses. All of these upgrades for comfort while maintaining its original charm! We are located a 2 minute walk from Whitaker Woods and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants of North Conway Village!

Our bungalow comes with all the comforts of home including:

* Kitchen--dishwasher, gas stove, oven, full-size fridge/freezer, drip coffee maker (no Keurig), blender, toaster, and electric water kettle. You will also find spices, oil, and cooking spray for your use
* Entryway--Large hall tree with plenty of storage
* Laundry--Stackable washer and dryer
* Bathroom--full bathroom with tub/shower combination
* Livingroom--large leather sectional with plenty of seating. Smart TV for guests to use their credentials for viewing Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Wall-mounted electric fireplace for ambiance
* Dining area--Opens to the living room, contains a table with four chairs and bench
* Primary bedroom--Located on the other side of the bathroom, features a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and office desk/chair
* Second bedroom--Features a queen size bed and large closet
* Third bedroom--Features two twin size beds. Accessed through sliding barn door off living room
* Outdoors--Deck with solar lights located directly outside front door. Dedicated fire pit area with seating for six. We do allow one well-behaved dog per booking. All pets must be approved in advance, so please message us after booking so we can go over the rules. For multiple dog exceptions, please message us prior to booking.

Location

Our bungalow is ideally situated next to Whitaker Woods and a 5 minute walk to North Conway Village. Due to the close proximity of our home to the main road, there is the potential to hear traffic from Rt. 16.

The Conway Scenic Railroad runs between our home and Whitaker Woods, usually April through December. When the train passes by or returns back to town, you will hear the train for about a minute. Many guests of all ages look forward to hearing the train's whistle blowing, but if you are looking for a very quiet stay, this may not be the best option for you. Please be assured that the trains do not run at night. The schedule varies depending on the day, but it generally runs between 8am and 6pm.

Part of the beauty of staying in the Mount Washington Valley is your proximity to lakes, rivers, mountains, woods, and Mother Nature. These woods are home to wildlife and insects. We do our best to keep the outside out including scheduled pest controls, but please help us by keeping exterior doors closed. Due to our proximity to the woods, we cannot guarantee bugs won't get in. Although rare, you may encounter wildlife such as bears and other native animals. We ask that you please be respectful as they pass through.

Other Notes Prior to Booking:

All guests will be directed after booking to sign our standard rental agreement. Please sign within 24 hours of booking in order to ensure your reservation is complete.

We are well-behaved dog friendly, with prior approval. We ask that guests reach out to us at time of booking to review the rules.

Parties and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Only guests named on the booking are permitted. Out of courtesy for our neighbors, please keep noise to a respectful level between 10pm and 8am.

For safety and security, we have one Ring camera mounted above the front door that faces the deck, road, and parking area. By booking, you are acknowledging your acceptance of this recording device. We have no recording devices inside the home.
