HUNTINGTON

The hospitalized family relative we were supposed to visit, passed away just before we were departing home. Due to other family considerations, we cancelled the entire trip. Any partial refund consideration would be would be greatly appreciated.

Relatively clean except for the floors. Can see improvements that they’ve been making. The TV in the main room does not work even though we changed the batteries in the remote never got a response from the property manager. The AC that is advertised is only a small bedroom unit in the whole apartment

Feels like you get what you pay for. First thing right off the bat was the only way to secure the front door was the deadbolt. As a father, this did not give me a safe feeling for my family. Everything ended up being totally fine, just not a great first impression. The door handle did not keep the door shut and locking it did nothing at night. Floors were dirty along with the couch covers. This is a College student apartment complex.Positives: Clean bed, warm shower, and clean towels. Location was further from stadium than we liked but still was walking distance.

Horrible experience

We showed up after 6pm. Beds were not cleaned or made. Dirty towels were on floor. Track can was full. Dirty dishes in sink. Bathroom not cleaned We had to strip beds, wash all sheets (and dirty towels), then out in dryer and remake beds. We had to put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. We had to take out thrash and wipe down bathroom. After speaking with owner, they took a miserly 50 off the rental Do not stay here

Do not recommend

We checked in late on Thursday, so i didnt contact the property manager until Friday morning. There was no internet and the kitchen sink didnt drain. They replied later that the internet was in the listing. No network by that name. No mention of the plumbing. Then i noticed how dirty the bathroom was (fake eyelashes everywhere). No paper towels. Then we opened the dishwasher to find MOLDY dishes. Lastly, we found some dirty clothing in the bedroom that wasnt ours. The only suggestion from the host was to unplug the router. We are willing to sacrifice a few comforts for a cheaper stay, but I do not believe staying anywhere with mold actively growing is safe.
