Newly updated 1920s Craftsman Bungalow in San Diego’s charming and vibrant South Park neighborhood. 2 bedroom/1 Bath comfortably sleeps 9. Located just a short walk or bike ride (Bikes/helmets available rental fee) to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. You can explore the tree-lined streets, historic architecture, or head to nearby attractions like Petco Park, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, and the Convention Center. San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, Softball fields all within a short drive.
This home boasts a modern living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Bedroom 1 offers a flat screen tv, full-size bed and full-size futon while bedroom 2 offers a twin-over-full bunk bed. The bathroom includes a beautiful spa type shower, as well as fresh towels and toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen features filtered drinking water, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. Our backyard offers a perfect place to unwind, whether it`s with morning coffee or sharing an evening glass of wine. It is complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen and great firepit. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal and grill up some burgers and hot dogs while you relax in the California sunshine and enjoy the views of Mt. San Miguel.
Our home offers all the amenities and comforts you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, including central air conditioning and heating and a full laundry room with washer/dryer. If you`re traveling with an infant, we`ve got you covered with a pack-n-play, highchair, and more. We`ve also included bicycles and helmets, along with beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag for your enjoyment. Explore the neighborhood and head to the beach in style!
We welcome well-behaved pets to join you during your stay. Your furry friend is welcome to enjoy a large, fenced backyard, they will have plenty of space to run and play while you enjoy the firepit, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. We provide pet bowls and waste bags for your convenience. We do ask that you keep your pet off the furniture and bedding and clean up after your pet when they go outside. Nearby dog-friendly beaches include Ocean Beach and Coronado Beach.
For those who enjoy smoking, we do allow smoking outdoors. You can enjoy a cigarette, cigar or vape in the backyard retreat while you relax. We restrict smoking inside the home. We kindly ask that you dispose of your smoking materials safely and properly. Illegal drugs are in violation and absolutely not permitted
Fines for violating these rules are as follows:
$2000.00 for smoking inside the home
$2500.00 for Drug Violations
