Location is the best one dream off. of in Montmartre. 100m to the SACRE-COEUR church & gardens, 3mn to trendy Abbesses district.

Address is “Rue du Chevalier de la Barre”, one of most typical street in Montmartre, paved , virtually no cars; 100 m from the great gardens of the "Sacre-Coeur Basilique". 300m away lies the famous “Place du Tertre” : one finds portaitists , painters, museum & restaurants. Little further away is famous place du bateau Lavoir. Many famous artists lived in the neighbourhood, PICASSO, MODIGLIANI, Albert CAMUS, Max JACOB.

SACRE COEUR church is to be visited. "Les abbesses", the trendy part of Montmartre is just down the gardens: many restaurants, shops and nice café terraces. The ABBESSES SUBWAY station is 5 mn walk. ANVERS stations is only 3 mn away. The location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 mn by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming & restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums...

The apt was totally refurbished. A nice glass wall between living room and bedroom lets light of 2 large windows flood the space. A pretty large bathroom for a studio makes it perfect.
A great place for honeymooners or families with kids. Our bookings show that 4 adults also enjoy the place for few day stay.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs, no elevator) of a typical ancient house of Montmartre with blue windows shutters.

The apt doors opens directly in the living room. The space is flooded with light. The 2 large windows open on the Paris skyline and trees.

• The living room offers small coffee tables, an open kitchen and a sofa which can turn into 2 single beds. It offers better confort than a sofa bed. Beds are at the same height. They may be joined together or left separated. One of the beds has folding feet and slides under the other for day use of the living room.
• The kitchen is well equipped. It offers a washer.
• The bedroom is a nest of love, The beds may be used a queen bed or 2 single beds. A TV is present. A door separates the bedroom from the living area and a curtain may be pulled for privacy.
• The bathroom has been carefully designed. It offers a large shower, sink , miror and toilets.

In order to optimize the space, the architect designed practical details for clothes like nice hangers on wall, or put them in drawers in the bedroom chest drawer or under the beds. Specific attention was given to the lights.
