This comfortable & quiet apartment is located in a stone building and is very calm as it gives on 2 private courtyards. It is a very family oriented area.
This 65m² apartment is set up for 2 couples or a family of 4.

Location is very well served by transport making it very practical to discover the city.

The district is close to Montparnasse, not far from the Luxembourg garden and saint Germain (2 subway station). One can find butcher shops, fish shop, wine merchant, bakery, cheese shop...everything needed to prepare nice homemade meals close by! All the area inhabitants go there for food shopping … and enjoying the coffee terraces in summer.

The apt entrance door gives on a corridor with the kitchen and dining area on the left. The living room and the bedroom are located on the right. All areas are covered with a nice wooden floor except the ceramic tiled kitchen and bathroom. There are windows on both sides, the apt is very bright.

• Living room offers a lounge area and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. It bathes in natural light and has a fire place (not for use). For the night the living room can be converted into a second bedroom. The sofa opens up into a comfortable bed for two. As seen in the photos, the door of the living room can be closed, thus providing complete privacy.

• The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a writing table and chair, and a wardrobe.

• Kitchen is in a separate room that opens into the dining room. the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it offers a window that provides natural light. The dining area has a wooden table and can easily accommodate 4 persons.

• The windows in the apartment overlook a private courtyard and provide natural light. Wooden floors give a warm feeling to those spacious and cosy rooms.

• Although not wide, bathroom offers a shower and sink. Toilets are separate (but inside the apt).
