The living room, screened porch, and extended terrace offer stunning views of the lake and the 9th hole of the golf course. The home is within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf, the community pool, the marina, and the Tennis Center. This rental includes a brand new 6-seat golf cart as of August 2024, so you will cruise around the area in comfort and style!

The open floor plan is bright and airy, featuring picturesque windows that flood the room with natural light throughout the day. The modern kitchen features white cabinetry, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the necessities for the group’s chef to prepare everyone’s favorite treats. The cozy sitting area is ideal for relaxing and planning the day’s events, while the dining area is spacious enough to offer seating for all guests so everyone can dine together. Also, fiber optic cable has been recently installed and the internet connect is much faster than with standard cable for those guests who have remote work to complete while on vacation.

The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The master suite is a peaceful haven with an oversized walk-in closet and tranquil lake views. It features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaker tub, separate shower, and dual vanity area. One guest bedroom features a king bed, while the other offers a queen bed.
