Our experience was mixed.My husband and I booked this apartment through the platform and, the following day, due to an unexpected situation, with my husband employer we attempted to cancel. The owner, Mrs. Barbara, informed us that the cancellation would result in a 50% charge plus an additional fee, even though there were 5–6 days remaining before the stay. For this reason, and in order not to lose that money, we felt obligated to proceed with the stay.Upon arrival, the apartment was very nice, clean, and had a beautiful view, which we truly appreciated. However, once we began using the space, several issues became apparent.The bedroom is uncomfortable for a couple, as the air conditioning unit is located very close to the bed, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, due to zero additional ventilation in the room like a ceiling fan one was left to deal with the wall a/c unit. The bathroom has very limited space, with no adequate area to place personal items.The most concerning issue was the shower area: the shower knob broken, the water pressure was low, and the water heater worked inconsistently, with the water suddenly switching from cold to extremely hot and vice versa, which is unsafe.We believe it is important to share these details so future guests are informed and so the host can address these issues. The property has great potential but requires attention to ensure a truly comfortable stay.
