The City of Frostproof is conveniently located in Central Florida within an 30 minutes drive to LEGOLAND, an hours drive to Walt Disney World, 30 minutes drive to the Sebring Raceway, and close to many other Florida attractions.

VERBAL WALKTHROUGH OF HOUSE LAYOUT:
When you walk in the front door the entry table / sitting bench / guest welcome book & Wi-Fi information is on your left, then a few more steps on the left is the powder room, & laundry hallway.
Straight ahead you’re in the dining room, to the right you’re in the living room, then head left to the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with HUGE island which seats 8. Oh, by the way the lake is directly in front of you, and you'll be blown away by the direct and expansive lake views from the moment you enter the front door :)
Next to the living room on main level is 1st Primary King Suite with en-suite bathroom (there are 2 King Primary Suites, one on main level and 2nd is downstairs).
Also next to the living room area is a door which opens to a set of stairs leading to the lower level of the home.
At the bottom of the stair's hallway area, game room / 4th bedroom with trundle twin bed is to the left as well as the shared guest bathroom, further down the hall walk directly into guest bedroom 1 with Queen bed, to the right is guest bedroom 2 with two twin beds. Further down the hall next to the bonus living room space is the 2nd King Primary Suite with en-suite bathroom (In total there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room / 4th bedroom and living room area downstairs).
The sunny downstairs bonus living room area has a foosball table and comfortable seating with incredible direct lake views and one exit to the outdoors via one set of French doors leading to the covered veranda. Walk out onto the back veranda and turn left to the hot tub area, then head down the lawn leading towards the water, private beach, firepit, pier & covered dock area.
