Renovated in 2021-2022, the home is newly equipped with all of the amenities of modern living within the unique architecture of a home built in 1920.

Heat and central air conditioning service the entire space. Wifi extends throughout the whole house with extenders providing strong service in every room so you can enjoy streaming services on the Roku connected TV in the living room, gaming on your tablet throughout the house, or having work conference calls without the fear of choppy connections. Cooking in? Enjoy the full kitchen stocked with ample spices of the world.

Come treat our home as your home away from home. Crowd around the robust dining table for family game night, find refuge in the library to get some work done, cozy up in the coffee nook with your morning pick-me-up, or lounge on the cloudlike sectional and let the stress of the day wash away! Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, library, and full bathroom.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and additional full bathroom.
The bedrooms are equipped as follows:

Room 2 – Two twin beds which can be pushed together to make one full
Room 3 – Two twin beds which can be pushed together to make one full

There are also two mattress pads which can be utilized to accommodate additional people upon request.

Furniture is not white/dirty

The house was nice and spacious. No decorations to really rate. The bathrooms were spotless. Television in the one room is a bust unless you have a streaming service. Television in bedroom has no remote. Living room furniture is quite dingy. If you choose this property bring blankets or something to cover cover furniture.

Convenient and cozy

We reserved this property to move my son into his college. It was convenient to the school and to area restaurants, etc. There is a park close by and convenient amenities, e.g., Starbucks, grocery, etc. The house is well set up for the guests, lots of cookware and place settings, etc. There was a nice array of spices and oils for cooking. Be aware the house is older, and so the stairs are steep. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. People with mobility issues might have trouble here, but they should communicate with the owner if that is the case before deciding.

Perfect home to rest your head

Thank you very much for the lovely stay. It was just outside of the downtown Cleveland area and had all the needed items to make our business trip enjoyable. Quick and fast communication, with a perfectly kept hidden gem.

Older house completely redone and just lovely! Has great feel to it! No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended but better to have a car available. Of course, you can easily walk to Starbucks so what more could you ask?

Reunion weekend

Got together with some old high school friends after 30 years. Our accommodations were exactely what we needed. We all enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Pros and cons

This property was very centrally located to all we had on our list to do while in the area which is why we chose it. It is as listed, however, upon arrival we were surprised to see a full refrigerator and freezer full of food, as if someone was living there. If that's the case, and one of the owners is living on the property when it's not being rented, it would have been nice to know. The other big issue was the cleanliness. The house could have used a good deep clean. There were spiderwebs in many corners; a sock was found under a bed that was not ours; and there was something sticky on a nightstand that needed to be cleaned before anything could be placed on it. There were not enough towels, and many of those that were provided were stained. The owners were very responsive, both before and after our arrival, answering any questions I had. Something that would have been helpful is some local information, such as grocery store locations, maybe some menus or recommendations for local restaurants, some general information about Cleveland and what it offers.

Comfy house in a great neighborhood

This was a very comfortable place to stay with our family. The house was super clean, very comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Host was helpful, and we (me, two adult children) look forward to coming back.

Exactly as listed

We had a great time during our stay. The host communicated well and the check in process was very easy. The house has plenty of room for a family and it was very fun to spread out with board games on the large dining room table and laze on the comfy couch. Location was exactly what we needed – quiet neighborhood, but with restaurants close by and just a short drive to University Circle. Pictures were accurate and the house was fully equipped with the essentials. Had a wonderful surprise seeing a family of deer in the backyard – very cool!

Great Stay In A Great Location

This property worked perfectly for our group’s short trip to the Cleveland area. The house was in a great central location for us in Cleveland Heights and had plenty of room for all of our group to stay comfortably.
