Sea Kissed, at Island Retreat is a stunning studio first floor condo that is sure to please, whether you are staying for a short weekend get a way, or a two week vacation, this unit has it all. Located at the ever-popular Island Retreat, off of 11th street, you will have quick access to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
Some of the best amenities are; not one, but two boardwalks to the beach, two large, shared pools, shared charcoal grills, and much more. Sea Kissed has been recently totally remodeled and is decorated in exquisite calming ocean hues of blue, aqua, and tan, with pops of yellow, and orange.
The kitchen has all new sleek stainless-steel appliances, plus a dishwasher a nice size stainless sink, all cookware, and utensils needed to prepare your meals, and a regular drip coffee maker. There is a built in bar along the wall that serves as your dining table, and it has four colorful barstools. The living area has a soft pleasing sofa, that also pulls out into a full sized sleeper, two matching side chairs, a chest and a large screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The sleeping area is right nest to the living area and has a lovely queen size bed, nightstands and lamps. The sliding glass doors lead out to the patio, where you will find great patio furniture to sit out and greet the day. The full bath has a gorgeous, tiled shower, and a granite vanity with a sink. Walk over the boardwalk for a day at the beach, come back and cool off in one of the two shared pools. This complex is approximately 1.2 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and closed at night. Come on down to Port A and get your Sea Kissed...

Perfect Beach Stay

House and community were perfect! The restaurants and coffee shops had great food. We would stay here again, very relaxing and so close to beach!

Great place!

Location is right by the beach, decor is very nice, stocked with everything you need, communication was great! I only wish the weather had cooperated but, oh well, nothing that can be done about that! Would definitely rent this place again if available!

Loved my stay

Great location. Decorating theme was so fun. Cleanliness was excellent. Pool clean, huge, some shaded seating provided. A few floats made it more fun! Very nice grilling area. Also very clean and well maintained. Met a few of the groundskeepers. They worked tirelessly and were committed to making the outdoor environment lovely and groomed.

First timers

Very clean and quite for the most part. We stayed at one of the downstairs and people above had small children that liked to run around and scream while they played but that’s to be expected. Parking kinda sucked only because there wasn’t enough parking spots for the Walk to the beach was not bad and it was nice having chairs outside and a shower to rinse off. Definitely will stay again

Nice place to stay however the check in process was SUPER ridiculous. I got (and I counted) 12 text messages, 11 emails, and a bunch of documents to mess around with for a 2 night stay. It was comical how absurd the process of logging into portals and signing docs and getting messaged constantly was. I travel very frequently and have done trips across entire continents for weeks that have had less spam from everyone together than this one property. It's insulting and irritating to treat customers like preschoolers.

The room was clean and cute. The pool was fantastic. Easy access to the beach and easy to get around on our golf cart. My only complaint is the bed wasn’t comfortable for us. I'm sure plenty of people like the stiff memory foam mattresses, but I prefer a spring mattress. It's not worth losing a star, since this is a personal preference. I will definitely stay at this property again, but we'll choose a different room with a spring mattress. A side note. There was water dripping from the third story roof that was probably runoff from the AC, but management was quick to respond when we alerted them.
