This accessible first floor unit is an affordable and beautiful option for four people to get away to the beach. Open Studio Efficiency, Pale yellow walls welcome relaxation. Leave your worries behind with a fully equipped kitchen that has all the appliances, dishes, and utensils you need. This updated kitchen sparkles with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Past the kitchen is a table set for two, perfect for an intimate meal. The sitting area has a dark wicker couch and chair which bring the beach vibe inside. Lounge on the navy cushion and get comfortable with accent pillows featuring water-color octopus prints. The end table has a fun lap with its own small beach inside. Across from the couch are two queen size beds with colorful bedding to enjoy. Wicker headboards match the furniture. From the beds, you can watch the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The shining bathroom has granite counter tops and a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. Open the door to the private patio with a couple chairs and a small table. Sip your morning coffee with the sounds of the ocean waves and sea birds. The Gulf is just over the rolling dunes, past the swaying palm trees, and across the yard. You can smell the salt breezes from here. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the beach, 2 Shared Community pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment

Amazing weekend getaway

Thank you so much for an amazing weekend. We loved how close we were to the ocean. Our condo had all the kitchen essentials and it was very clean.

Beautiful location

I am way late in writing this review. We stayed at this property for my youngest 5th birthday back in July 2022. He wanted a trip to the beach for his birthday and Port Aransas did not disappoint, third time visiting this town, it is growing fast. Quaint town and beautiful beaches. The check in process was a breeze. The property grounds were clean and welcoming. The condo itself was well organized, beautifully decorated, had all the essentials and a little more, comfy beds, easy beach access, and property has a pool. We loved our stay here and looking forward to staying here again.

Great location and service

Great location! We loved the private boardwalk to the beach and being in such close proximity to everything in town. The office staff was able to arrange golf cart delivery and pick up because I was the only driver. They were very friendly. Thank you!

Perfect for a quick getaway

This studio condo was perfect for our little fam. Close to the beach and pool. Very accessible to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely book again. Stayed over the 4th of July. Complex was family oriented and safe, beach was amazing. 10/10!

Great time!

Great location. My son, myself and my Dad had a blast. Celebrated my son’s birthday. Would stay again. Process improvement suggestions: suggest better communication. I had to call 2 hours before check in to get final address, code, etc. never received the address the day before or any of the welcome text messages. (I reached out to the owner 5 days before arrival and got a reply 2 days later) Also we stayed 3 nights and never got fresh towels. If I knew this I would have brought more fresh towels. Just wished the expectations were explained in better detail. Again we had a blast. Great location. Security was everywhere so we always felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Place had every dish or cooking supplies we needed. Beach was clean. Great experience. My biggest feedback for improvement is better communication about what to bring and expect Thank you

Convenient room on the beach!

The room has two large beds, kitchen and bathroom, spacious enough for our family of four. The condo is located on the beach, with a boardwalk/pathway to get you to the beach quickly. There is a pool, playground and other amenities at the complex. It’s super close to lots of great places in Port A. The room has a full kitchen, table that can be folded out to seat 4, nicely remodeled full bath and back patio that leads out to the beach. It was easy to check in and communicate with the property manager. Nice, affordable place to stay!

Nice place to stay

We spent a weekend there. The unit is very clean and cozy. It takes only one minute to get to the beach. I absolutely recommend this unit to stay.

we enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and open with all the necessary items in the kitchen. Lots of clean towels. I did think OH NO when I saw the A/C unit but it was great, room stayed very comfortable.

Great Location and Amenities

There was a full coffee pot and Keurig - like having coke and Pepsi options - so nice! Clean, close to walkway for beach access, pools on property for cooling off without sand! Cute unit!

Ideal location!

I was concerned the property was going to be too small to accommodate 4 adults, but it was perfect for our 3 night stay. With the boardwalk just feet away from the back door we were able to pull our wagon and be on the beach in minutes. The communication with management was superior.

Excellent!!

The unit was exactly as it appeared online-appears to be newly renovated. We loved everything about it--no complaints at all. We forgot our Keurig and were thrilled when we saw that there was one in the unit!!! We'd definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed the location and the listing accurately described the unit. It is in need of updating kitchen supplies. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and it was nice and close to the beach.

Kids' first beach trip. Great Stay!

We had a great weekend at the property and would highly recommend it. The room is very convenient being down stairs, right next to the beach board walk, and just as close to the pool. Room was well stocked with dish soap, rags, cooking essentials and more. Beds were also very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the missing lid on the coffee pot causing a minor brewing issue that was easily overcome. Otherwise, everything was awesome. Beach was easily accessible and clean. Porta-potty's and trashcans on beach were a nice touch with my 2 young daughters (5yrs & 8mo) and wife. We look foreword to next years visit.

Great place for a long weekend!!

Our family stayed for a long weekend and loved this place. The proximity to the beach was amazing, the patio was perfect, and the room was really cozy. Highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would have been nice if you had disclosed construction as they worked next door loudly starting early in the morning. The people upstairs dragged stuff across the floor and the tv did not work. Regardless if it was hdmi or tv. No signal found. We will bit be staying at this site again. For a vacation it was not peaceful.
