It’s around eight miles to both the beach at Indian Shores and all the shops, restaurants, museums, concert venues, and attractions of downtown St. Petersburg. Plenty of amenities, more restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are just a few minutes’ drive or walk away.

At home, start the day with some coffee in your shady, fully enclosed lanai, then step into the Florida sunshine for a few laps in the pool. Inside, you’ll find an open living space with that combines the dining area, kitchen, and living room. Perch any little helpers at the breakfast bar while you make mealtime magic with the assistance of a full suite of stainless steel appliances, then gather the whole group for a meal together at the large dining table.

When you get back from a day at the beach, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Stream the latest release in the living room; use the free WiFi to post the day’s beach pics; or head back outside for a cookout on the gas grill. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
