Thank you for taking time to leave a review! We are right in the middle of Cryz Bay and it is very easy to walk to restaurants, the grocery store and the taxi stand is just a five minute walk. We are newly remodeled and in the process of competing the rest of the builing in 2026. We will be adding 12 more units, a front desk and elevators wheres the stairs are currently located. Your dates of stay were during our busiest month so the rates are a little higher during that month. Perhaps you would prefee to travel here in the summer when our rates drop for the off season. Thank you for the tips on the shelf space in the bathroom. We dont have glasses in the bathroom because the kitchen is just 3 steps away. I wish you would have mentioned the sliding door while you were here, its just a simple adjustment. Both of the TVs are brand new samsung tvs. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. In the 3 years we have been serving guests we have not had anyone ask for instructions. The smart tvs are very easy to operate so we never added instructions to the rooms but it might make a good addition to the guest instructions in the VRBO app. I am always accessible by phone or messaging to all of my guests, so i am disappointed for the low score without any request for assistance while you were here. We keep our rooms spotless and the beds are brand new and the memory foam mattresses are very comfortable. The a/c works extremely well and the full kitchen is well appointed.

Hi Chris, we have never had king beds so I am not sure why the listing would say King. I will check it and make the correction but we have never had kings. I am very sorry you felt like your messages were not answered but I do my best to respond to every guest for every need they may have. Sometimes text messages do not always go through here in the virgin Islands and I don't see any messages here in the vrbo app from you either. I'm so sorry you didn't call when you didn't hear back from me. And thanks for mentioning the staircase. I like to think of it as the built in exercise allowing me to go ahead and get the dessert or extra cocktail at dinner. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your stay but I wish you would have let me know. The toilets seat and everything else was inspected and cleaned thoroughly before you arrived so I'm not sure what happened to that. It has already been replaced.
