Aquatic Sol is all about the water with in-ground pool, 2 jacuzzi bath tubs, and just blocks to the beach.

Aquatic Sol is a unique and one-of-a-kind poolside bungalow in the heart of Galveston! Centrally located just blocks from The Seawall and a free beach, only 2 miles to The Strand and Port and within 10 minutes to all Galveston top attractions. This beautiful pool home is perfect for an amazing family vacation.
The sparkling blue fresh water pool is surrounded by decking, seating and is stocked with plenty of pool toys. Plenty of shaded area to keep cool in the summer heat. Fully fenced area and house safety latches for a kiddo safe environment. (NO PETS ALLOWED) It's a great space to reconnect with family, relax and rewind.

All bedrooms are on the main floor of this ranch-style home on stilts (one flight of stairs is required). Both full baths (jacuzzi tubs + showers in each) are also on the main floor. A half bath is located on the ground level, adjacent to the pool.
The spacious primary suite, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom featuring a jetted soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower, is located at the rear of the house. The second and third bedrooms are both located near the front of the home and offer an abundance of natural light with a shared bathroom boasting a jetted tub/shower combo.
The open concept living/dining area provides a fantastic environment for family games, watching TV, movie nights or just visiting with each other. The dinette area has seating for 6 plus plenty of seating poolside giving many options for mealtime. The family room boasts a large screen Smart TV to stream all your favorite channels, a comfy sofa, a couple side chairs to create a perfect cozy environment.
The kitchen contains a small mobile island, pass thru bar, and is large enough to accommodate multiple cooks at one time. Fully equipped with all the necessities for ideal meal prep and clean up. All the comforts of home: stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), step-in pantry and granite countertops. What kitchen would be complete without: blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, dish/glassware and utensils. What’s missing? Just you, food and your drink of choice.
The modest front porch is the prime spot for sunrises and morning coffee or evening cocktails. The small back terrace is an ideal spot for morning solitude or sunsets.
A separate laundry room between kitchen and back terrace contains a full sized washer and dryer. Laundry room has safety locks between kitchen and pool access.
Driveway space for 1 vehicle. First-come street parking is plenty for an additional 2 vehicles. NO garage parking, except for golf carts or motorcycles with approval only. Do not park on the sidewalk or grass. Please be courteous of our neighbors and have no more than 3 vehicles.
Please be respectful to our full-time island neighbors and respect Galveston’s noise ordinances, do not block their driveways.
NOTE: Upon booking this property, you agree to: all rules, sign a House Agreement, provide a copy of your driver license, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages, within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a security hold three days prior to arrival.
POLICIES
• Must be at least 25 years old to book and be staying at the property (NO booking for others)
• No events, parties or large gatherings including prom, bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, TEEN or chaperoned groups – if this is your intent, please look elsewhere
• No smoking inside or on decks/balconies. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
• Requires one flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• Fully paved driveway for up to 1 vehicle – no parking on grass or in garage (except golf carts or motorcycles with approval)
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in
Violation of any rules (above) or stated in our House Agreement may constitute loss of security hold.
Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% of rent if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival.
No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Our calendar is kept up to date on an hourly basis.
