Bungalow on 27th

I regret to say that this could be further than the truth. We go our absolute furthest and take the cleaning and upkeep of my home very seriously. We have a dedicated cleaning team that comes in after every stay, and I personally checked on the house the same day this guest checked in. With respect to location, the proximity to popular Galveston spots is one of the best features of this house, however the street itself is a quiet and residential street that has never had any noise issues. With respect to the internet, it is true we have not had issues before - perhaps there was a brief outage, but don’t believe that warrants a negative review. We take pride in our charming beach bungalow and all of its character. It’s not clear what this guest was actually looking for, but it’s unfortunate she felt the need to tear down and misrepresent the house due to her misguided expectations.

Hello Juan, Thank you for the feedback. However, I would have gladly assisted you should you have reached out regarding the location of additional toilet paper and toaster. We are well stocked at the bungalow. I am not sure this warrants any sort of negativity for future guests. In regards to the pool, it has been in the 50s out regularly. We do not set up the pool when the outside water temperature is below 75 degrees.
