Este ski-in / ski-out 'TRUE' Saddlewood Adosado de lujo es tan perfecta como se pone! Literalmente ubicado en el sendero, esquíe / empiece a descender por 20 segundos y estará en el telesilla Snowflake, que lo llevará a la Base 8 o 9, sin necesidad de llevar su equipo. (Regreso fácil a casa para el almuerzo) En el verano, no hay necesidad de conducir a una caminata, los senderos están en la puerta principal. Precios competitivos! El mejor valor por su dinero de vacaciones! Adosado excepcional para aquellos que aprecian vistas, servicios adicionales y ubicación (ubicadas en las laderas y sólo 2. 5 cuadras de la ciudad).

Inmaculada magnífico y, de planta abierta con techos de 9 pies. Zona boscosa privada con vistas a la montaña en un barrio de lujo. Uno de los más grandes de un dormitorio en Breck con más de 800 metros cuadrados. Nueva alfombra de felpa. Tranquilo con solo otras dos unidades adjuntas. Estacionamiento designado. Capacidad para 2 a 4 adultos cómodamente! La suite principal con una cama king y un diván con dos colchones individuales en la sala de estar cuenta con dos áreas de descanso separadas, cada una con su propio baño de azulejos de tamaño completo (perfecto para 2 parejas o padres e hijos).

Tome un descanso de esquí medio día y volver a casa para el almuerzo, de esquí / tabla directamente a la entrada privada. Después de un día en las pistas volver a relajar los músculos en su propia bañera de hidromasaje privada al aire libre con pista de esquí y montaña (a sólo 5 pasos de la puerta).

La ciudad está a un corto paseo, en coche o en lanzadera (parada de autobús a 1 cuadra de distancia). Sin embargo, si decide comer, encontrará una espaciosa cocina gourmet moderna y totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de aliso, mesa de cocina y barra de desayuno.

Great space! The condo was exactly what we were looking for--a nice space in the mountains with a hot tub and sleeping accommodations for three adult friends. Nathan was an incredible host. He was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful.

Perfect ski in ski out.

Great location! Very clean and well cared for property. 2 baths, one bedroom, but can easily accommodate 4-5 persons. Kitchen is well furnished and has stacked washer and dryer. Snowflake lift within 100 yards of front door. Great communication with owner, Nathan. Would definitely stay here again. Matlocks from Prosper, Tx.

One of our favorite places

Such a great ski in / ski out location. We love having a private hot tub after a day of skiing/snowboarding. The kitchen has everything you need. Perfect for couples. This was our second stay at this property and looking forward to our third stay next time we get to Breckenridge.

Great location, good for family.

Being able to ski in ski out was a huge advantsge. We could leave the car parked, didn't have to walk. Owner was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

Perfect skiing/out property

What an amazing place to stay. Very convenient and literally step off your patio and click in and you are on your way. My teenagers found it very easy to come and go throughout the day. The host is very responsive and the place is even better than it looks in the pictures. Clean, well maintained. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that our boys each had their own bed with the trundle. Plenty of sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is well equipped and can't beat the views from the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place; perfect location!

This was a perfect little place for our family (parents and adult kid). The ski out was great. The ski in, once around the lake, was great…literally to the door! The place was well appointed, easy to control heat, plus a cute little fireplace. I do agree with a previous comment that some additional hooks on the walls to hang bibs, pants, coats, helmets, would be a great add! The hosts were great and easy to work with! We will definitely book again (consensus from family!) again! Thank you Nathan and Cheryl for sharing your magical spot!

Perfect Get Away

Great little spot. Easy walk into town and nice private hot tub with mountain views. Place was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for the two of us and with two full bathrooms would be great for family with kids. Appreciated the decent pans and large coffee mugs to make breakfast. Hosts were accommodating with requests and gave detailed description for our very late night arrival. Perfect cozy get away. Ski in access is a little challenging for snowboarder-fairly flat but that is somewhat Breckenridge as well. Ski out super quick and nice to be able to see people accumulating at lift out the kitchen window.

Nice Place, Close to Lifts

Nice condo with private hot tub. While only a one bedroom unit, the living area had a dedicated bed (w/ trundle) in addition to the sofa so no need to convert the couch each day. Unit is well equipped. While the unit is ski-in / ski-out, some additional context is needed to manage expectations: 1.) The Snowflake lift is a very slow 2-seat chair with lots of stops and starts. We where there on a busy holiday weekend and the morning queue was 15 mins. 2.) Getting back to the unit entails a long green run with several very flat parts that require skating.

Good Ski In and Out Location

Worked well for our family of four. Washer and dryer are a great plus. So was the private hot tub that worked as expected. It is off the Snowflake Trail so you can ski in from there (although it’s fairly flat so would be hard as a snowboarder and a little tricky with kids but doable). Takes less than a minute to ski down from the patio to the Snowflake Lift. Dedicated parking spot. All as expected.

Excellent Condo!

My husband and I stayed here for a "kid-free" getaway for my 30th birthday and it was perfect! The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and the setting is peaceful. No worry about having loud neighbors in a crowded condo complex here! We loved that there was a trail right out the back door that we could take right up to Sawmill Reservoir. The condo was very clean and comfortable and there was even a booklet on the kitchen counter explaining every possible detail of the condo. We also found the folder of local menus and activities very helpful and the kitchen to be well stocked. The owner was quick to respond and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again the next time we make it back to Breckenridge!

Best Rental In Breckenridge

This is our third stay at this property. Cheryl and Nate are wonderful hosts. They are responsive and personable. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The location is ideal! You can keep an eye on the line for the snowflake lift from the comfort of the couch! Then snap on your skis and you're there in less than a minute! Coming back, on snowflake requires some ski-skating in a few spots, but the scenary is so beautiful it's nice to slow down and take it all in! The condo is on the end, so no one is skiing right in front of it, and it feels a bit more private that others nearby. The hot tub is clean and right off the back door- perfect after a long day of skiing! We love this condo and the ease of working with the hosts makes it our favorite, and we'll continue to come back until our family out grows it!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Snowflake is just a stone’s throw away! Soooo easy. It’s 100% ski-in as well but just a bit more effort (particularly for snowboarders). The hot tub was so fun for the kids and the unit was very well outfitted (especially with towels). Nathan and Cheryl were awesome too! They definitely care about your comfort. Their suggestion to use Charter Rentals is absolutely on point! They were so kind and helpful in getting the right rental fit. Someone accidentally took my daughter’s ski on her first day of ski school. Nearly a week later and there’s still no sign of them but the folks at Charter didn’t make a stick about it at all!!! Told us not to worry about it and that the most important thing was that my daughter had skis to use. I mean, what?! Amazing. We hope you have just as a wonderful time as we have.

Love love love

We absolutely loved our stay at this property during our ski trip at Breckenridge. The condo was so convenient and close to the lift that we didn’t have to rush every morning to catch a bus or load up our car to drive to a crowded parking lot. Made the mornings so incredibly easy and relaxed. We did ski back most afternoons for lunch saving us tons of money on food. The trail back does get pretty flat so there is quite a bit of walking but as soon as you get past the bridge the path is all downhill and a nice easy ski right up to the porch. The private hot tub was amazing to soak our sore muscles and relax. I think my only complaint was the neighbors above us. Sounded like a heard of elephants moving furniture at 2 am and we could hear their tv blaring every night. The sound system would thump the walls. So we just put on some white noise on our phones which helped and we were able to fall asleep. The condo was so perfect and had everything we could possibly need including a crockpot! 🥰 The owners were super easy to get in touch with and there was lots of info provided in a nice binder for us. Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!

Will be returning!!

Everything was perfect! We stayed for a little thanksgiving getaway and couldn’t pick a better location. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. It was super private and quiet even being right by the ski lift. The place had everything we needed plus some! Stocked with Plenty of games and even a humidifier which was a life saver. We will be returning to this gem next year!

Great place & location

Great, quiet place. Perfect for two to four people. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of things for cooking. Even some staple items left behind in the fridge and cabinets. Location is on point! It’s right by the snowflake chairlift and a short walk up to the sawmill reservoir. Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location and private hot tub!

Really enjoyed this place. Literally skied direct from door to lift and snowflake run direct to door. Maybe took three steps before and after skiing. In unit laundry was really helpful. Overall great place to stay.

Great Spot!

Property was very clean and well maintained. True Ski in/out very close to Snowflake. We loved that the kitchen had spices and other items needed to cook dinners.
